« This hotel was not as expected at all. We had a "low cost" trip in Thailand and hoped to spend more time in a 30€/night hotel to have some rest. Unlike specified in room description, no bath is available in the room, only shower. Slippers were mentionned but also not found, and no internationnal TV is available. Minibar were also empty (mineral water would have been usefull in Thailand...) The hotel property is pretty large, but they choose to put the restaurant right next to main road, which is...

« We loved our stay here. It was very quiet and peaceful. The staff spoke perfect English and were super friendly. The pool was very refreshing. They even brought us additional furniture so we could have a seating area in the room. Highly recommended »

« Amazing place and the hotel manager really goes out of his way to help. I also like how you could just enjoy the lake outside the rooms in the balcony, flopped on a bean bag. Very nice. »

« The staff were absolutely incredible - beautifully warm, friendly and so thoughtful and helpful. It's the reason we are returning in six months.
The location is idyllic, kept pristine by the hard working staff.
The location - if seeing and listening to the sounds of running streams, breathing fresh air is your thing, then Proud Phu Fah Mae Rim is for you. The rooms are gorgeous and the view is of mountains, as far as the eye can see.
The food - I used to visit Northern Thailand regularly years...
