This is a newly remodeled home that offers 4 bedrooms, a pool, a game room and a pool house with attached bathroom. Upon entry, you'll find lots of natural light throughout the home. This home provides an open floorpan concept between the kitchen, living room and dining room space.

This home has a Smart TV, Full Kitchen: Refrigerator, Stove, Sink, Microwave, Coffee Pot, Cooking Ware, Plates, Cups & Utensils, Complimentary Washer, Dryer, and detergent is also provided.

Driveway parking is available as well as street parking. Please see signs for Street Sweeper days. Cars will be cited if not moved during the day and time of street sweeping.

-The Deposit is Not Charged. The Deposit is in case there is Damage to the home, but it is Not charged to your total at all

~~~~~CLEANING~~~~
The Cleaning fee will automatically be applied into the Total amount that you see upon booking. -In order to make the reservation you must pay in full, there are no other options. -Yes, you can pay "tomorrow" or "next week", but it is likely someone else will book it before you as this home is booked 95% of the time.

NO EVENTS/PARTIES- entire deposit will be charged if there are more than 15 people entering the property and the EVENT/PARTY will be broken up by the police. Having additional guests after the limit (15) will lead to removal of all guests without refund. Any violations of this rule will be reported to Airbnb and may lead to the deactivation of your Airbnb account!

You can check-in any time after 3pm and as late as you want. No early check-ins

CHECK-OUT is 10am
Late check-outs are not available as we have to clean the home for same day guests.

We will send you All Information and Address Prior to your Arrival. -We Provide CLEAN Sheets & CLEAN Towels to all Guests upon Check-in.

You can check-in any time after 4pm and as Late as you want. You will have an Access Pin Code to enter. Early check-in depends on if the Home is Cleaned Early Enough, you can ask if it is available to check-in early the day before you arrive and we will confirm. No Late Check-outs as we have to Clean the Home for same day Guests.

~~CHECK-OUT TIME~~~ IS 10AM SHARP - Cleaning staff will arrive at 10am sharp to clean for the same day guests.
Other things to note
POOL RULES:
-unsupervised kids are not allowed to swim in the pool
-no diving in the shallow end
-No lifeguard on Duty
-you swim at your own risk
-No FOOD or DRINKS inside the pool
-No loud music throughout the day
-Absolutely NO noise or swimming after 9pm (neighbors will make noise complaint)

Pool guys shows up on Mondays.
Gardener shows up on Thursdays.
Both services are quick and usually they will be out within 30 min.
