  • Dieses 3-stöckige Stadthaus ist 1740 m² groß und bietet Meerblick von allen Decks, Balkonen und Terrassen. Das gesamte Haus verfügt über Travertin Bodenbelag. Diese Eigenschaft umfasst drei Parkplätze. Eine verdeckte Stelle, an die ein großes SUV und eine Garage für zwei Autos mit einem Freiraum von 65 Zoll passen.

    Die Eingabe der großen Grundstück gibt es ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Queen-Size-Bett und Bad im ersten Stock. Die zweite Etage verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit einem Queen herausziehen und Küchenbereich mit einem großen Balkon im zweiten Stock, die eine Propan Grill und Meerblick hat. Die dritte Etage hält das Master-Schlafzimmer mit einem Queen-Size-Bett und Master-Bad. Darüber hinaus hat diese Etage auch das dritte Schlafzimmer mit 2 Doppelstockbetten sowie das vierte Schlafzimmer mit einem großen Bett.

    Direkt vor dem Hauptschlafzimmer ist im dritten Stock Balkon mit Meerblick und eine Treppe auf der Dachterrasse auf der vierten Ebene. Die Dachterrasse bietet Blick auf das Meer und die Bucht sowie Bänke und Stühle. Wir haben gerade eine Glasbar mit 3 Barhockern und einem Minikühlschrank auf dem Dach installiert.

Great location

This property is in a great location. Steps from the beach or a short walk to the bay side. Walking distance to great food locations and Belmont park. Short drive to Sea world and San Diego Zoo. The property is spacious and the balcony overlooking the beach with a hot tub was great! The downside is that Mission Blvd. was a bit loud due to high traffic, loud motorcycles and sensitive car alarms and very limited space for parking especially large vehicles. So plan accordingly.

Beautiful house beware of Thieves!

Such a beautiful house located in the middle of mission and pacific beaches. Perfect for a good group of friends with a central hang spot on the second floor. Daily dolphin and seal sighting. Will definitely be coming back! Someone stole our kids’ long boards which was our bad for leaving them out. Something that was hard to believe, however, was someone entered the home from the street entrance is what we’re assuming. They entered while we were at the beach and stole a sizeable amount of cash out of the master bedroom. Super crappy! The next day was when the boards were taken . All of this isn’t the rentals fault, the house was gorgeous. People these days! That’s the only lesson learned to really be vigilant and protect your belongings!

Disappointing

Great location but that is it. The BBQ was rusted out and broken, knobs worn out. I had to use pliers to turn the spindle to get the gas on. Toaster was rusted out and broken. I had to use my finger to hold the toast down or it would just pop up. We could not use the dryer. It turned off every few minutes because the outside vent was full of lint blocking airflow. Chipped glass bowl in the kitchen. I would never stay here again. We did not know about the dryer until the 2nd night of a 2 night stay. I had to call to get the access information. No information was sent to me. The unit had the bare minimum for kitchen utensils.

Nice enough house but double beds should be Queens. Pretty cold in February with no central heating and no carpeting/rugs. Probably pretty nice in the summer.

First the positives: Great location! You could see the ocean and get to it in less than a minute. The rooftop fire pit was a hit with the family since we could roast marshmallows and make s'mores at night. The spacious kitchen and dining table allowed our party of 10 to gather in one space for meals. Negatives: I had high expectations of this property given the pictures we saw and the price we paid. It fell short on several counts. The comforters looked old and dirty. The extra sheets were bundled up in plastic bags looking wrinkled and unwashed. The door handle and heater knob in the master bedroom was broken. There were not enough curtains to provide privacy or screen from the street lights in the master bedroom. The sink in the bathroom of the second bedroom on the 3rd floor was clogged. None of the locks to the bathroom worked. This was a huge hassle since we had young kids who could rush in without warning. The TVS in 2 bedrooms did not work. The table lamp switch in the ground floor room was sparking. The kitchen paper towels/ bath tissue were of the lowest quality. You have to do a grocery run to get laundry detergent/ dish detergent/ extra bath tissue and kitchen towels. The bikes were broken. All the plastic chairs in the courtyard were broken. I did write to Brandon the property manager and he sent in a handy man the next day to fix the locks, sparking switch, pinned a temporary curtain on the glass window, and sent in replacement bikes. The TVs were never repaired.

Amazing Beach House!

There's something exciting about renting a house at the beach. Why rent a room when you can rent a whole house just steps from the ocean? Our group did just that and made an exquisite beach house from Mission Sands Vacation Rental our home for our recent trip to paradise in Mission Beach. The property was everything we anticipated and more. It was full of charm and beautifully decorated! From the moment we walked in the door, we felt right at home. Our three-story ocean view townhouse featured 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, as well as a private rooftop patio. It sleeps up to 12 people, so we had plenty of space, along with everything we possibly could have wanted at our fingertips. The house was ideal for our needs, as it was very well-equipped with all of the essentials plus some. It offered all the comforts of home with the added benefits being on vacation. They even offer a concierge service to guests who want to walk into a fully stocked kitchen or want recommendations for activities and restaurants in the city during their stay. There's the convenience of three parking spots, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, grill, WIFI, bikes, and 3 balconies for guests to use during their stay, just to name a few! Aside from all of the amazing amenities, the location of our rental was phenomenal. A few steps out the front door and down the walkway and you're on the sand! We could walk and ride bikes all around Mission Bay on the Bayside Walk and cut over to the ocean easily. The unit had plenty of indoor and outdoor space for socializing as well as private spacious bedrooms and quiet sitting areas for anyone to go off on their own and have some alone time. Perhaps our favorite spot on the property belonged to the rooftop patio, where we loved spending the day taking in the ocean breeze and the evening underneath the stars. Side note: We highly recommend making s'mores on the rooftop and taking in the sunset! In our experience, the rental process with Mission Sands Vacation Rentals was very streamlined, which is appreciated by those who are new to vacationing here and unfamiliar with the location. Great job Mission Sands! We didn't want to leave but we knew we had to when the time came. Thank you for the escape to paradise - we hope to come back and stay with you again soon!

What a great beach house!

I tend to rise early in the morning. In a typical hotel setting you feel bad when others are sleeping. One of the things I absolutely loved about the property is the separate living space from the bedrooms! So if you wanted to go down and make breakfast or watch TV or hang out on the balcony so you didn't feel like you were invading the others in your group. I enjoyed my morning coffee from the rooftop every morning during my stay! Amazing location! It was so close to the boardwalk. This was a space where you could get dropped off there and never have to use your car or rental. Very safe area and walking distance to everything. It also was within great proximity to all restaurants, bars, grocery stores. Everything you need is close by and easy to access.

What a gorgeous, spacious beach house!

Amazing property and such incredible hospitality and customer service - the experience far exceeded my expectations in every way possible. When traveling in a group, I'm one who very much prefers to have my own private space. It doesn't get much better than my room on this trip, which was the only one on the entry level and had all of the amenities I needed (plus the decor was so beach chic and I had a great view!). I could join in on the action in the community spaces whenever I liked but could retreat and relax whenever I needed a little personal away time, and was able to get ready without having to share the bathroom or the mirror! Everything else about the property – location, parking, rooftop patio with firepit, amenities, views, etc. – was just as nice and made our trip that much more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Great for a family vacation!

Recently visited San Diego with coworkers and had an amazing time! Mission Sands was such a pleasure to work with and ensured our trip went off without a hitch. I would highly recommend this house for a family vacation! Plenty of space. Seven beds. Four bathrooms. A kitchen. Close to the beach. Just a short drive to SeaWorld. Gorgeous views. It would be perfect for one big family or a couple small families! I look forward to working with Mission Sands again and to bring my family for vacation!

Absolutely gorgeous and so spacious!

I stayed here for a few nights with my coworkers and we were beyond impressed when we walked in the door! We probably spent 10-15 minutes just exploring and looking around every corner finding more and more space! My favorite part was that we each had our own sleeping places and still had an entire living room, dining area and THREE balconies to have friends from the area over to visit!

The home was clean and easy access to the Beach. The only negatives were the Street people

The Home was nice and clean. The main living area TV did not work and when I contacted the Mgt they responded quickly but advised there was not a cable box. They left and never heard back from them. Every night around 2 A.M street people would go thru the trash to collect cans. They made alot of noise and woke-up the house hold. The Garbage truck is very loud and picks up trash twice a week a 6 am. The house is very nicely located in Mission Beach. The beach area is less crowded than other parts of Mission beach due to limited public parking. I would stay there again..

Fly Haven!

We arrived at noon and found the beach house closed up, stuffy and warm. We opened the windows and sliding glass doors to let in the nice ocean breeze. None of the sliding glass doors had any screen doors. As we unloaded our supplies into the kitchen we noticed 15-20 small flies (gnats) hanging out on the kitchen cabinets. Shortly after the sliding glass doors were opened, large flies began entering the house from the second floor balcony area, which seemed odd as it was the second story. We soon found the source of these flies, the houses’ trash cans were located just below the balcony. The 3 cans and area around them was smelly and filthy! There were hundreds of flies swarming the area and eventually entering the house. The cans had obviously been sprayed with pesticide at some point, because there were dead flies lying on an area of sticking goo on top of the cans. As we tried to control the flies inside the house (hunting them down and killing them!) we quickly noticed the walls & ceiling were splattered with dead fly guts. So, this is obviously an ongoing problem. The gnats were also everywhere! We contacted the rental office and complained about the qnats & flies, pointed out the source as being the filthy trash cans. We were told the gnats & flies are a problem this time of year along the beach and that the trash cans had been pressure washed “just last week.” We requested the cans and area be rewashed immediately as they were disgusting, but could only get a “we will schedule it for tomorrow.” The next day a laborer showed up with a small bottle of bleach and a straw broom. He dumped some bleach into the 3 cans, swished it around with the broom and rinsed off the cans with a small amount of water (no pressure washer!). The area was not even cleaned. Obviously this did little to correct the problem or deter the flies. I later took a bike ride along the beach houses and looked at 25-30 trash cans & areas, none of these had swarms of flies. Of course, none were as filthy as ours! We re-contacted the rental office and again complained about the flies. Telling them how the laborer had cleaned the cans and ignored the storage area. Also pointed out that a pressure washer was not used! They promised to look into the cleaning, and provided us with a small gnat catcher and fly tape. The trash area was never cleaned during our stay which turned out to be miserable.

Memorial Day Weekend 2014

Missions Sands is a great to work with. The staff is very professional, and knowledgeable. Working with them was extremely easy. Ocean Breeze #1 did not disappoint. Exactly how it looks in the pictures. A great property about 20 seconds away from the beach and within walking distance of many local restaurants, and bars. Great view from the rooftop. Excellent property that easily sleeps 11 adults with no problem. I will definitely book this property again in the future.

AMAZING Beach House perfect for families coming to San Diego

Ocean Breeze is an amazing property. We had a staycation here recently with 5 adults and 2 kids. It was really wonderful to start the day off with the kids playing at the beach without having to get in the car!!! It honestly took 60 seconds to be on the beach from the front door. Like others, we preferred to eat in since the kitchen was so well stocked and spacious. My 5 year old LOVED the stairs (we don't have any) and within 1 day my 2 year old was much more confident. We had the sliding doors open at night and it was wonderful falling asleep to the sound of waves. The roof is truly amazing... great views with plenty of seating and a pleasant place to relax. Also, I was impressed with the cleanliness and wonderful absence of smells in the house (I frequently have to go through 2-3 hotel rooms before unpacking.) Checking in and out was seamless and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had no problems during our stay and everything worked perfectly. I HIGHLY recommend staying here if it fits in your schedule.

Mission Sands is Awesome!

I absolutely LOVED every second I spent working with this company and staying in the beach house! Everyone working here is SO friendly and willing to help. The process was easy and fast, and I was in the house with my friends way quicker than I expected. Ocean Breeze 1 was the house we stayed in and it was lovely! The cable had a bit of a problem - something was up with the modem, but we discovered that if you tweak it slightly it works. That was my only complaint, and when I called to ask for help they promptly and kindly went through everything with me! There were enough beds for at least 5 people, but if you're willing to share there's room for 10. We fit a total of 7 people in there comfortably and had a blast laughing and watching movies and cooking and walking the beach! The house was well-stocked with everything you need to cook and bake and store food - you just bring the food! :) Everything was clean and tidy and I felt right at home. I highly recommend staying here for your vacation in San Diego - or even if you live in SD and want to get away... Seriously, Mission Sands is a winner! I will be back to stay here again soon!

Amazing!

The house is amazing, in wonderful condition, everything you need for a 5-star vacation. The roof-top is just icing on the cake, with views of mountains, downtown, marina, and miles of coastline; also comes with a fire-pit for the cool nights! I believe there were TV's in every room. Very clean upon checking in and the rental process was seamless, and staff was very pleasurable to work with. I would highly recommend this rental!!!

Perfect Beach Rental for a Large Group

I stayed here with a group of colleagues/friends for a work retreat, and I was blown away. We rented this house along with the adjoining unit next door and it was fantastic. The home was beautiful, and of the highest quality. The place is nicely decorated, with great amenities. The rooftop patio was a great bonus--wonderful views on top, and throughout the home. It was perfect for both relaxation and for group meetings. 75 feet from the sand made it great for trips to the beach and to local restaurants/shops. I'd definitely recommend this place and be back in the future.

Killer Place!

The place is outstanding! Huge flat screen TVs. Everything is new and top of the line. Beds are great and showers are very nice. It is stone's throw from the beach. Can't wait to go back!

This is an incredible place!

A group of us on staff went here and we were blown away by how nice the place was. It was clean, modern and right next to the ocean. I loved the view from the top. This place is a short walk/jog from the boardwalk. The decor is modern and it is really clean and well taken care of. Definitely recommend!!!!

Beautiful house on the beach

This is a beautiful, new, and luxurious beach house steps away from the boardwalk in Mission Beach. It is well kept and has parking! Lots of rooms with flat screen TVs and large bathrooms. I really enjoyed my stay.
