🔑 GUEST ACCESS & HOUSE RULES
- Access: We use a smart lock and we will text you the code shortly before arrival. Please note there are security cameras on the front exterior of the home.
- House Rules: Max 12 guests. Primary renter must be 25+. No smoking, no pets, no parties or bachelor/bachelorette events. Check-in after 4:00 PM, checkout by 10:00 AM.

ℹ️ GOOD TO KNOW
- Airport Proximity: Located in central San Diego near flight paths (6:30 AM–10:00 PM). Sound-rated windows keep interior noise to a minimum.
- Parking & Terrain: Set on a hill in an active neighborhood. Free street parking is available nearby.

Reservations canceled at least 14 days before start of the stay will receive 100% refund. Reservations canceled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
