As an avid traveler, I have been to several properties in many different types of neighborhoods across the US. Without a doubt, this is one of the most poorly maintained ones I've seen. I dislike drawn out reviews, so here's just a few highlights I feel you should know:- After booking, you are sent a separate link that requires you to send the property owner a lot of your personal information. Not sure I trust these guys to handle my data. It's also completely unnecessary as VRBO already takes care of this. - You are also required to sign a full lease which is 30 pages long. The lease is very adversarial, borderline hostile. It threatens you with fines and additional fees on nearly every page. Again, also completely unnecessary as VRBO already takes care of this.- Nearly every room in this place has something notably broken (see photos). By my estimation, there's A YEAR of deferred maintenance here. In short, probably best to skip this one and get one of the better properties right next to it.
