The space
Our home features two comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen bed and ample closet space. The primary bedroom includes a door that opens directly to the deck and private fenced backyard, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The second bedroom is cozy and inviting, also offering a closet for easy storage during your stay.

The living room is bright and stylish with a comfortable sectional, smart TV, and plenty of space to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking at home, and a washer/dryer is available for your convenience. Outside, enjoy the fenced yard with lounge seating and string lights—a perfect spot to unwind.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire home, including both bedrooms, the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and private fenced backyard with deck and outdoor seating. The garage is available for laundry use only, as we store some personal items there. Parking is easily accessible in front of the home.

Other things to note
Early check-in and late check-out are sometimes possible, depending on our cleaning schedule and other bookings. If available, we’re happy to accommodate for a $100 fee (per option). Please reach out in advance to check availability.

Also, blow up mattress needs to be requested in advance or at the time of booking

Parking: Free, unrestricted street parking is available directly in front of and around the property. There are no meters, permits, street-sweeping restrictions, or time limits. While guests have historically had no trouble finding nearby parking, a space directly in front of the home cannot be guaranteed. The driveway is very narrow and is not available for guest parking.
