„Die Wohnung war wirklich klasse..!!!Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter 5 von 5 Sternen. Freundlich, nett, etc... so, wie man es sich wünscht.Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön, ist groß und schön eingerichtet und vor allem: sauber!Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Venedig sehr genossen was zu einem großem Teil der tollen Wohnung zu verdanken war. Alles in allem: sehr zu empfehlen, jederzeit wieder !“

„This property is in a great location, really quiet yet just walking distance from the lively ports of Venice. Plenty of dining options around. The only issue is that there is no elevators and we stayed on the 3rd floor (4th floor for Americans) so if you are going to stay here pack lightly!“

„Location and apartment were on point. You could walk less than 5 minutes to the Mestre Centre, about 15 minutes to Venezia Centre train station and across the road (2 mins walk) was the bus station taking you to Venice and other routes. The room we stayed in easily accommodated 5 sleepers and had two bathrooms, which was very useful. The staff overseeing yeh studios were friendly and available. Always responding to any queries. Really enjoyed our stay. “

„The apartment was amazing. There was plenty of room for a family of 4 and all of the space was nice! The apartment was nicely updated with modern amenities and also can stocked with drink and snacks. Our only negative was that the bathtub was dirty but otherwise the rest of the apartment was very clean. “

„Das zu den Appartements gehörende Hotel ist 10 Minuten entfernt und hat einen sehr engen Eindruck gemacht. Die Appartements selber sind mit allem nötigen (Küche und Geschirr) ausgestattet, so dass das dazugehörige Hotel "Ariel Silva" nur zum Ein- und Auschecken benötigt wird. Unser Appartment lag direkt unter dem Dach und hat eine wunderbare Aussicht über die Dächer Venedigs geboten und war sehr hell. Der Standard war einfach, aber sehr ordentlich und alles Nötige war vorhanden! Jederzeit zu ...

„Pretty much the perfect stay in Venice. Relatively quiet and mercifully AWAY from the massive tourist crowds (early April). But only 5 minutes (walking) from Academia bridge, 10 minutes from Rialto, 10 minutes from San Marco. Good coffee and dining options close by. Clean and spacious, we would happily stay here again.“
