Condo 17-3 is a spacious San Felipe Vacation Rental located in the La Ventana Del Mar section of the El Dorado Ranch gated community, ideally situated within walking distance to tennis courts, swimming pool, and the private beach. The executive-style golfing complex, just minutes from the house, offers 18 holes of pure golf heaven with commanding views of the Sea of Cortez and the surrounding mountains.

This San Felipe Vacation Rental comes fully air-conditioned throughout with a family room featuring TV/DVD, a dining area with a cozy bench, a kitchen with an island, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. In-house WiFi is included. This villa accommodates eight guests comfortably and has been professionally designed and decorated for the most discerning guest who wants something special. Total living space is 1,955 square feet.

The master bedroom, on the second floor, comes with an American King bed and includes a private en-suite bathroom with his-and-her sinks, a walk-in shower, and a corner bath. The second and third bedrooms are on the ground floor. All bedrooms come with large closets. Tropical ceiling fans with palm leaf blades add a wow factor to each bedroom.

Pool passes are issued by the resort directly to guests — the office closes at 4:30PM. If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will be able to access the rental but not the pool. A $100 refundable security deposit is required on arrival. NOTE: 8 adults allowed — the resort will only issue 6 pool passes. Children 12 and under do not need a pool pass.

This resort does not permit use of BBQ at the condos due to fire danger. Eight BBQs have been set up at a designated BBQ area away from the condos, about a 10-minute walk away. Another option is to use the BBQ service of the on-site Pavilion restaurant.

Monthly rentals available — utilities are additional with a utility security deposit required. NOTE: Off-road vehicles are no longer permitted in this section of the community. Exception is made for race teams participating in Baja 250 and Baja 1000. Check-in is from 3PM to 8PM. After 8PM, there is a $25 late check-in fee.
