Firstly, the hotel removed the fridges, coffee makers and microwaves from the rooms. The gym, the pool and the lobby were closed and there was no housekeeping service. This all supposedly happened due to the pandemic, but other hotels did not take these measures, and these services/amenities were promoted on both expedia and the hotel's website. If I knew that before, I wouldn't have booked the hotel.
The room was incredibly smelly (like someone had puked inside it), the fan in the bathroom (that automatically turns on when turning the light on) is extremely loud and it was not clean at all!!!
The room keys kept not working (I had four over the period of three nights). I couldn't properly check out as the lobby was surprisingly closed from 10.30pm to 8am, and the wifi didn't work in my room and the airconditioning was super load and smelled bad.
The staff was mainly friendly, but didn't care about complaints.
All in one this hotel is bad!!! Don't book it, and I am upset that I spent my money on it.
