« We came in Fall for a quick getaway to explore the area. The Great Outpost was indeed, great!Our host were welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed and more, including the hot tub. Really cool place to stay. Close to Kernville, where they were having a community fall festival. So much fun! I would love to come back to ski. Thank you Fyza!!!! »

« The cottage is a very comfortable place to stay, and we were sorry when our 4 days there came to a close. Communication with the property owners is probably the best I have ever experienced. The location is quite stunning in terms of its natural setting. The drive to the market in town is not that bad.You'll see plenty of turkeys quail, and elk in the neighborhood, not to mention downey woodpeckers all over the place. And supposedly it can get more exotic than that, though we never personally...
