This condo was double booked and we got canceled. We received this notification after our plane has landed in Costa Rica leaving us with no place to stay. The Vrbo guarantee gave me no help at all. I was on the phone all night and finally had to get my own hotel. I was supposed to receive a phone call back the next day before 11 and did not. I had to find another accommodation on another application. We finally got a phone call two days later from customer support saying that they would send me an email with information and instructions on how to get reimbursed for the hotel and the price difference of the other accommodation. I have yet to receive this email. Too many promises, no action.
