We would not recommend staying at this location. Our experience was very bad and Hilton has not responded to my written concerns (initially sent a week ago). First, the person at reception did not know the price to leave our car parked there until we returned to SJC, and after several hours without a response we had to drive our car to another parking facility and take an Uber back to the hotel. Second, there was no one at reception in the morning when we needed to get to the airport for an early morning flight, so after 45 minutes of first calling (as instructed) and then going to reception, looking around, calling out, knocking on the staff door, and asking kitchen staff (who could also not find anyone either), we had to take an Uber to the airport. Finally, we were in a part of the hotel with a wedding party, and were awoken at midnight by the group in the hall in front of our room, talking loudly, with the door across the hall from us propped open with the TV on. We had to ask them to please be considerate of other guests.
