Hotel ist gut erreichbar vom Flughafen aus und mit dem Uber sind es ca. 10min in die Altstadt. Das Frühstück lässt zu wünschen übrig. Alles war in Plastik verpackt und die Auswahl auch überschaubar.

Muy bien ubicado, walking distance de Condado y hasta del Viejo San Juan si se quiere caminar un poco mas. Restaurantes, playa y todo cerca. El tema de aparcamiento es lo único que es un poco complicado y caro.

They do their best to keep the hotel clean, but the hotel is old. Things are falling apart; I came in one night after visiting, and water was coming from the fridge to the floor; I thought there was a flood somewhere ; then went to take a shower ; the towel rack was almost off the wall. Other than that ; they do have free breakfast; which is decent. The location was also convenient ; I still enjoyed my stay with no issues; however.

Hotel staff was very friendly as well as the staff at the breakfast buffet which was great! Bus facilities around the Plaza look abandoned. We enjoyed FogoDeChao too. Room was clean and comfortable.

La propiedad esta muy deteriorada, las lamparas tienen moho, la llave del lavamanos suelta. Olor a humedad. Los pasillos sucios, no hay maquina de hielo. El estacionamiento muy lejos. El personal fue muy atento. Vista espectacular a la bahia. Deberia ser renovado.

I had read mixed reviews, some great, some not ... with one star and wasn't sure what I would get once there, but booked it anyways. The room was clean, modern, and there were no funky smells. The kitchenette had, 2 wine glasses, dishes and silverware for 4, a sink with good tasting water, a small fridge and a microwave. The staff was friendly and helpful, with the exception of some of the room cleaning service who seem to have a chip on their shoulder who knows why -some reviews on this were spot-on. Overall, I give this stay 9/10. Keep up the good work for those with the nice attitude, customers like myself are really happy about it and appreciate your great manners!

Parking is offsite and you have to walk an extended distance. Not convenient when carrying luggage. No amenties, no pool no gym no restaurant. The complimentary breakfast is offsite and was sub par with limited menu. Room smelled like mildew and humidity. Not a pleasant way to sleep. Cleaning of bathroom was poor. Hair in drain, blood stains on bathroom vanity. Linen and towels were limited and of poor quality.

We checked in and on the second the third day I asked Maintenance guy that came to look for some lost pipe left in the room that wasn’t there if there was any cleaning service to get clean towels and he said oh I’ll mention it later that day when we came up, our towels were on the floor at our door outside the room and we had no clean towels. I had to go downstairs and ask the only person there which is a security guard. No one at the desk after 7 PM and I was given to bathing towels no extra floor towel no washcloths nothing and he said oh yeah sometimes they’re in a rush and they don’t clean right. If you’re looking for any outside service outside of regular hours, forget about it the breakfast at the Costa Maya hotel every morning was excellent. The people there were excellent. The security guards were very friendly every time we came and went at the door helping and giving some suggestions obviously there’s no pool-but if you go to the local Escambron Beach where the turtles are it’s very nice. Bring your own goggles or pay $90 to snorkel. I always bring my goggles. I’m just telling you what the price was. I would give it six or seven out of a 10 and would not return although my experience wasn’t horrendous I would spend my money elsewhere

Centrally located and nice for the price. Everything was either in walking distance or a short Uber ride away. Great views of the lagoon. The check-in staff was super friendly and the hotel amenities were good too.

the shower was stopped up they came to clean the room after 5 and there was blood or red stains on the curtain the ocean view made up for all of it that was the best part
