The stay was great for a family getaway, we had 9 guests. I really enjoyed the outdoor space especially the outdoor private pool. We used the kitchen for meals, the kitchen was well stocked. The communication with the host was great, the host was very responsive and resolving any questions or issues we had. The only issue with the house is that it’s located on the bottom of a steep hill and the drive there wasn’t easy, you need to have a good driver to get there. We always need to take a deep breath going in and out of the house.

I loveeed being able to take a pause from my busy life to retreat here!! Came here with our tech group and everyone had an ahhmazing experience! Cant wait to book again!

Teníamos una actividad en Caguas y necesitábamos mi familia y yo un lugar donde cambiarnos y dormir, y esta propiedad nos sirvió para eso. La casa estaba muy cómoda y pudimos dormir todos muy bien; prácticamente la utilizamos para bañarnos, prepararnos y dormir. De la casa, lo único que entiendo que nos faltó fueron unas sábanas un poco más abrigadas. Cuando llegamos para el check-in, aproximadamente a las 4:45 p. m., aunque la hora de entrada era a las 4:00 p. m., todavía había una persona de limpieza dentro de la casa limpiando uno de los aires acondicionados. No fue un inconveniente mayor, pero entiendo que para la hora del check-in la propiedad ya debería estar lista para recibir a los huéspedes. En cuanto a las facilidades exteriores, el jacuzzi no se encontraba en condiciones para utilizarse, ya que se notaba que necesitaba mantenimiento. El área de la piscina y el espacio para cocinar también se veían un poco descuidados, con polvo y falta de limpieza. Aunque nuestra intención principal era utilizar la propiedad para dormir y prepararnos, nos hubiera gustado que los niños pudieran disfrutar un rato de estas áreas, pero por las condiciones preferimos no utilizarlas. En general, la casa nos resultó cómoda para lo que necesitábamos, pero entiendo que con un poco más de atención a la limpieza y mantenimiento de las áreas exteriores la experiencia sería mucho mejor.

The host does not have in his listing that the house is up on a mountain and you have to drive up very steep inclines to get there. We tried to get to the house in the rain and couldn’t get there- it felt to dangerous when you’re not familiar with driving in conditions like that. We never stayed at the house- had to find other accommodations. The host said he would send us a video to show us an easier way to get to the house, but he never sent it. So we were out a lot of money!

If you are looking for a secluded place with all the amenities look no further! This house has it all! The pool was perfect after a hot day, and jacuzzi was perfect at night while watching a moving on the big screen outside! The host was very responsive, we asked for extra blankets and by the time we ended our day they were waiting for us! Having access to a washer and drying was a plus! We lost power and generator kicked on immediately and when it ran out of propane it took 5 min for them to show up and fill it. The service was amazing! If you don't like to drive up mountains this may not be for you. It is steep but the view is worth it. The host provided videos to support finding the location. I highly recommend this place, it is close to everything!
