„I would give 6 stars if I could - rooms are decorated beautifully & are super clean. the location - especially if you want to visit the Accademia early in the morning - is perfect. I loved the coffee & snack station the lobby. everyone working there was also super friendly (they recommended me a great pizza place that matched my needs perfectly). I would absolutely choose this hotel again for my visit to Florence.“

„An excellent, super friendly host, very responsive to any concerns and took his time to show and explain everything to us, including some excellent dining options. Room was clean and area was safe. Very walkable area, about a 15 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to the Duomo. They even had umbrellas available for us when it rained the one day! Highly recommended. “

„The photos are a bit misleading - the place looks much better online than in person. The AC in the common area wasn’t working, and we found the remote control without batteries hidden in a kitchen drawer. The AC in our room was also quite weak and didn’t cool the space well, making it hard to sleep comfortably. There was a strong vinegar-like smell throughout the apartment and the room, which took a while to clear out. The check-in process felt just neutral, we didn't feel very welcomed. We were ...
