Auberges à San Lugano

« Bel accueil, belles installations. Excellent dejeuner. »

« Our experience at Hotel Steiner was unfortunately very disappointing. One of the main reasons we specifically chose this hotel was air conditioning, yet it did not work properly for a significant portion of our stay. Whenever we contacted the staff with a question or problem, they seemed unsure how to help and the response was almost always, “We will call you back.” To their credit, they usually did call back, but unfortunately the follow-up rarely provided an actual solution or a clear answer...

« Nice breakfast ready in the morning »

« This hotel is a gem! I was very impressed with how well appointed the entire facility is. The whole place looks newly renovated and very modern with the rustic look to it. The location was excellent, right downtown. The room and bed were very comfortable. The staff was also very accommodating and friendly I highly recommend this hotel and easily give it a 10 rating. »

Personnel sympathique. »

« Excelente. Tudo preparado com muito capricho. »

« Very nice hotel, very clean and comfortable. »

« Fair Welcome, very sweet building Located very close to the highway, but no noise to disturb. The landscape is nice in the suburbanb. The hotel and rooms are very clean, and bed confortable. The breakfast is a real one in quantity and quality. The employees are very friendly. »

« Dejligt sted »
