„It is set out as a Luxury apartment but can't really qualify as such. It is nice, but quite noisy as it is right next to a restaurant with live music. Also quite smelly from all the restaurants' grey water just flowing into the lake outside the windows. The bathroom is also very damp with mold on the walls. Everything else was good though, and the hosts were very responsive.“

„Nice property located very close to the pier and the shore. If you’re a light sleeper, this may not be the best location to stay. We were given earplugs on arrival but we didn’t need them, we were able to sleep well with the music. Internet was ok, most of the time unstable signal. We ended going to nearby restaurants with Starlink to complete some work. Our room was clean, nicely decorated, spacious and with beautiful views of the lake. „Overall extremely poor. Construction littered the property, loud bangs and tools served as an alarm clock at 6am until the afternoon. Check in took long as the Vrbo listing address takes you very far from where the house actually is and communication proved to be difficult as well. Also lack of direction with garbage leading to a strong odor“

„This place is across the street from the biggest party place in San Pedro. There is also an air hockey machine right outside the bedroom window that people played at any hour. I left early and found a quieter hotel. The shower hot water didn’t work, and the toilet stopped having running water- the front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful, the owner was difficult and unpleasant.“
