Estancia aceptable
La estancia estuvo bien. Solo que nunca encontré el modo de cambiar el número de personas,ya que inicialmente reservamos para 4 personas y al final solo fue para tres personas, si se hacía la modificación, me comentaron que había penalización. El hotel tiene lo necesario para descansar, considerando que no hay televisión, solo internet. Recomendado para personas que realmente desean descansar. Se respeta el horario de uso de areas comunes: hasta las 12 am La habitación no se limpio bien en: baño y cambio de fundas. La lámpara del exterior no prendieron. El último día de estancia, no había agua para bañarse

¡Hola Armando! Muchas gracias por su comentario, nos agrada saber que descansaron bien. Una disculpa, respecto al cambio del número de personas si era necesario realizarlo con Expedia directamente porque hicieron su reservación por medio de ellos. Contamos con habitaciones con tv, solo que la que reservaron era habitación básica sin tv. Verificaremos con los departamentos correspondientes los demás requerimientos. Agradecemos su estancia, fue un gusto conocerlos y esperamos que regresen pronto. ¡Feliz año nuevo!

Fine little cafe. The interior gardens with pool were very pleasant, with beautiful bird calls coming from the tree branches all through the day. The co-worker concept, and the good Internet reception, is very nice.

Great place
Upon arrival we noticed they are doing construction work to add another building. This fact was not notified upon reservation, however what sets them apart is they can put a wrong right and thats what they did. Agreed the discounted rate which appreciated. The room was large and clean. Good shower. The restaurant offers great food at good prices. Lovely garden. Good and clean pool. Good wifi. The staff is really nice and super helpful and friendly. A bit noisy due to been located next to the highway.

There’s a great cafe attached to the property. The entire staff there is wonderful. Also, the housekeeping staff and the front desk staff are amazing.

This place is very nice, everyone is friendly. Every day of the week they have something going, Friday night is salsa night. And the location is perfect! Will come and stay again!

Better than expected. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Our room while simple with minimal furnishings was very comfortable. The AC worked well and was a treat after a hot days in the sun. We weren’t aware of the option to use a communal kitchen, but would utilize it for another stay. Area is a bit more tranquil than zecatale which we liked. I often travel solo and would recommend it to anyone doing so as it was safe and their were options to socialize with other guests. Loved it.

very cool place. the rooms were very neat and clean. excellent staff. cool hangout place. they have events listed. very helpful staff. it is a co working place so lots of ppl with comps working. would stay here again

Accommodatie staat tussen woonhuizen en industrie waardoor je bij binnenkomst weinig verwacht maar bij binnenkomst is het verrassend aardig. De voorzieningen zijn vrij basaal waardoor de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding prima is. Kamer niet groot maar afdoende. Hetzelfde geldt voor de doucheruimte. Accommodatie is het meest geschikt voor wat jongere gasten. Er heerst een wat hippie-achtige sfeer. Geschikt voor surfers of jongeren die een wereldreis maken. Minder geschikt voor ouderen die luxe zoeken.

Solo le falta más aseo a la habitación. Pues no lo realizaron las tres noches que estuve ahí solo fue en una ocasión. Fuera de ello el lugar cumple con todas las expectativas que muestra en su publicidad, la comida elaborada por un cheff italiano es bastante buena, excelente valor-precio

Muchas gracias por su comentario. Lo tomaremos muy en cuenta para mejorar nuestro servicio, hablaremos con la ama de llaves para saber por qué no le hicieron la limpieza diariamente. Esta es su casa y esperamos que regresen pronto!:)
