家族のようにお世話してくれました。

支配人のJanさんは、大変親切に世話をしてくれました。市街地からは少し離れていますが、出かける時も帰る時もJanさんに連絡してUber Taxiを手配してもらい、雲助タクシードライバーにボラれたり、交渉のストレスなどもなくリーズナブルに過ごせました。朝食も美味しくバンコクにはないタイの地方を楽しめました。

Loved the Golden Cupids Hotel

My family and I recently stayed at this awesome hotel and loved every minute of it. While the location is not that close to Chain Mai, commuting to and from is not that much of a hassle. The owner and her wonderful staff offer free rides into Chaing Mai but you have to find your way back. The cost of a taxi back is anywhere from 300 to 400 bath, make sure you settle on a price before you enter the taxi and do haggle for a decent price. The food is wonderful and the breakfast is free, the wifi is pretty good and the courtyard is lush and green. Our 2 children had and amazing time exploring the backyard. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Real home style service and very personable. Feel like a guest in their family. Always pleasant and helpful. Meal price very reasonable. Nice and reasonable laundry. Just put in basket and its done!

Familiäres ruhiges Hotel ausserhalb der Stadt

Hotel liegt zwar ausserhalb der Stadt, bringt einen aber kostenlos dort hin. Rückfahrt ist einfach per Taxi selbst zu organisieren. Ausflüge entweder mit eigenem Mietwagen durchführen oder einen Fahrer für den Tag mieten. Man wird sofort in das familiär geführte Hotel aufgenommen. Sehr gutes Essen im eigenen Restaurant.

Chiang Mai's Finest Hospitality

We loved Jan and her family. They welcomed us into their bed and breakfast. It was one of the best places we stayed at and the kids had a great stay. We felt like we were in an authentic place with great hospitality.

很好的住宿体验

酒店老板人超好，而且环境一流，做的餐食也很好吃！唯一一点不足的就是有点远。从机场打车要400猪，离老城区这些也不近，有些司机都不认识路。有人要去的话打车就告诉司机mojo university，他就知道了。

Amazing Hotel

The Golden Cupids Hotel is far more than just a normal hotel experience. This is a family run business and the people are amazingly friendly and helpful, you literally become "part of the family". The food from the restaurant is high quality and specializes in traditional Thai cuisine but they do have a great variety for those with different tastes. The setting is in a rural area with no traffic noise and plenty of gardens and green space on the property to make you feel isolated from the city even though the location is only 20 minutes from Chiang Mai city center. Their knowledge of the area is very helpful when looking for things to do and places to see. We found the staff to be happy and were always looking to make sure we had everything we needed and more. We meet numerous couples who have been coming to stay year after year all because of the unique experience this hotel provides.

ห้องกว้างดี บรรยากาศสงบ ร่มรื่น เหมาะแก่การพักผ่อน อาหารก็อร่อย พนักงานเป็นกันเอง นำ้ไหลแรงดีมาก ที่ตั้งแม้จะไกลไปหน่อย แต่การเดินทางก็ไม่ลำบาก มีข้อเสียเรื่องเดียวคือ ความสว่างในห้องพักไม่เพียงพอ หลอดไฟน้อยไปหน่อย ทำให้ห้องดูค่อนข้างมืด ถ้าปรับปรุงเรื่องความสว่างได้ก็ perfect ไม่มีที่ติค่ะ

A Wonderful Hotel

Amazing hotel with the most wonderful staff. Everyone is so attentive to your every need. We stayed with our young children, and they were free to play and have fun on the grounds with other children. The food is some of the best we had in Thailand. We felt like we were part of an extended family staying here. Our laundry was done daily. We had a free ride to the city every day. I will say the beds are a little hard. We also had some issues with the shower water going hot/cold constantly, however, we will definitely be back. The lovely people and service here top any and every small shortcoming. We Loved our stay!!

Great warm place

We traveled with 2 children (1,5 and 3 years old). When we arrived there, we were very nicely welcomed. The place is owned by a family. It is a small hotel, which makes it very nice. The "lobby" is a big tent outside, next to an open kitchen. There is coffee and tea available all day, and fruits from the garden. Everyone comes to chill out there, and all the hosts meet like that. Which is great !!! This gave us a very pleasant time once our kids were sleeping. The service is perfect and we got so many advice for what to/ where to go / how to do them .... The only "bad" thing is that it is a bit far from the city center.

Quiet, garden retreat.

Charming, quiet garden retreat away from the tourist hustle and bustle. Hotel staff helpful. Convenient restaurant, and ideal for families. Although some distance from the city,there are plenty of alternatives in the city. Overall, a pleasant experience :-)

Beautiful hotel in wonderful grounds

we had a wonderful one night's stay at this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The evening meal we had was very good and excellent value. Our room was very clean & comfortable. We had a superb breakfast in the outdoor dining area. The hotel is set in very pleasant grounds. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and would definitely book to stay again the next time we visit Chiang Mai

Perfect family holiday

We stayed here for 8 days with our 4 children ages 15 to 4 years. The hotel was lovely but the real delight is the staff. Nothing was too much trouble, from organising meals for my fussy, peanut-allergic 4 year old to advising on day trips. The food was extraordinary, varied and delicious and the general atmosphere was like staying in the home of family friends.

Good, family run hotel

We loved staying here as it is a family run hotel and quite different from the hotels we stayed in. The hotel is a 25 minute drive from Chiang Mai but it was nice to stay in a village location for a different experience. The hotel organises a shuttle into town each day but you have to get your own taxi back. Most days we paid for our own driver with a 7 seater for day trips (organised by hotel). We enjoyed meeting the family and the food was always freshly prepared and cooked. It was the best food we had in Thailand.

Absoluter Geheimtipp insbesondere für Familien, die nicht in der Stadt übernachten wollen. Super Zimmer und super Service. Wir wurden bestens - gefühlt mit Familienanschluss - mit leckerem Essen verpflegt. Das war unser bestes Hotel in Thailand. Das vermeindliche Manko der Entfernung von 15 km vom Zentrum, war eigentlich ein Vorteil. Man kann mit den Lokalbussen fahren (was ein Abenteuer ist) oder Taxi. Mit dem Hotel kann man auch über eine Taxikostenbeteiligung reden. Auch ein Fahrer für eine Tag für 50 € ist empfehlenswert. Man kommt da hin wo man will, der vermittelte Fahrer ist super nett und kann so gut englisch, dass man eine Menge über das Land erfragen kann, was man sonst nicht mitbekommen würde.

Et helt spesielt sted

Da vi kom til Golden Cupids Hotel etter et nydelig opphold i Chiang Mai sentrum, var vi litt skeptiske: Dette var virkelig "på bygda" og utenfor allfarvei (om enn bare under hundrelappen norske kroner i taxi fra Chiang Mai sentrum, og hotellet kjører deg inn dit gratis). Golden Cupids Hotel er i høyeste grad familiedrevet, og etter hvert satte vi stor pris på vennligheten, den spesielle, avslappende atmosfæren og den nydelige maten tilberedt av hotellets "mor" og primus motor, Pepe. Det var litt som å være innlosjert i en storfamilie der flere langtidsgjester var en naturlig del av familien. Dette er et fantastisk sted for barnefamilier som ønsker å oppsøke alle de fristende aktivitetene i nærheten (elefantpark, dyrepark osv.), men også et fint utgangspunkt for de som ønsker utflukter til nasjonalparker og templer og eventuelt ønsker å utforske de nordlige områdene i Thailand (Chiang Rai, grensen til Laos og Myanmar). Vi var et voksent par som egentlig ikke var i noen av disse "målgruppene", men stedet og de nydelige menneskene vokste på oss og vi gled inn i den vennlige atmosfæren. Og nå savner vi egentlig både hotellet og menneskene. Sterkt anbefalt til de som ønsker en opplevelse litt utenom det vanlige, og ønsker å få dempet pulsen i noen dager.
