« Came all the way from the United States to Milan, and had this stay confirmed by VRBO. I arrive at the property, only to have a mean security guard yell at me and telling me "that my stay was not valid." I then called the host, only have her say that "this stay is no longer available." I was then stuck in Milan without a place to stay. What a nightmare! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! »

« My family and I loved this property and I could not recommend this place more for a trip to Milan! Firstly, the host is very good at communicating. Anytime there was an issue or concern there was an immediate answer and the host even came out to fix something that needed a quick repair. Second, the location is in a quiet part of Milan which is perfect for nighttime to get rest, but a walkable distance from the more lovely parts. Jo and Alessia could not have been more helpful. The rooms were nice and spacious. We are from Finland, so really appreciated the Harvia sauna!😅 Solar heated pool was not warm this time due to uncharacteristically cold weather lately, but it is a very good size and the shallow end is also suitable for children. »
