« I’ve frequented this hotel over the years as this is my hometown. My only issue this visit was the lack of towels. There were not towels on 7/4/2026. I had to use paper towels to dry off after a shower. I asked multiple times and provided the dirty towels so that they can be cleaned. It took over 4 hrs to actually get clean towels. « Room was clean. Outside of hotel had a lot of garbage. $50 charge in case of issues pended immediately to card. Usual for high end but not this type of hotel. Location away from everything but I was attending a wedding down the road. No UBER available. Tried twice for half hour. »

« Our stay was great because it was clean and staff was friendly and professional. The area seemed to be suburbanize (landscape was rural with some areas pristine and serene!) The pool was clean and temperature was perfect! The only fault I saw was the water line on the bathroom door. My husband thought they may have had a flood in the past, but it didn't interfere with the cleanliness of our room/bathroom. Yes, we will stay here when we return to visit the family! »

« We were told that the property was being renovated and the renovation is almost complete. It would have been nice to have a "renovated" room. The room we got definitely needed renovated (burn mark on tub, wallpaper pealing, stains on carpet, cracks in kitchen tiles, vents were very dirty/dusty). « We loved our stay but there was a clogged drain in the tub the entire visit and no housekeeping. You had to put a tag on your door which no one told us about. Not a usual hotel standard so how are guests to know? A heads up when we checked in would be helpful. The room was decorated in the 1980's (Think Hyacinth Bucket in Keeping Up Appearances) - it is in desperate need of an update. My coffee pot didnt work and they changed it out but that one didnt work either. They were helpful but after the 2nd coffee pot it was not worth the headache.
