The Space:

Cedar Point is approximately 10 minutes away, making this an easy home base for early mornings at the park, full days riding coasters, and late nights enjoying everything Cedar Point has to offer.



You'll also be conveniently located for exploring downtown Sandusky, Lake Erie, local restaurants, waterfront attractions, and other area destinations.

After a full day exploring, come home to a comfortable space where you can kick back and relax.



The living room provides plenty of seating for unwinding in front of the TV. Turn on the electric fireplace, settle in for a movie, and recharge for tomorrow's adventures.



A separate dining area gives you a dedicated place to enjoy meals together.

The home features one private bedroom located just off the living room.



The bedroom faces the front of the property. Because the home is located along a busier street, guests should expect some traffic and street noise, particularly in the front bedroom.



We want guests who may be sensitive to noise to be aware of this before booking.



✶ KITCHEN & LAUNDRY ✶



Prefer to make some of your meals at home?



The kitchen is stocked with the essentials needed for everyday cooking and includes a stovetop and microwave.



Please note that the kitchen does not have an oven.



A stacked washer and dryer are located just off the kitchen and available for guest use throughout your stay.

If you need to fit a little work into your trip, a dedicated workspace with a desk and ergonomic chair gives you a comfortable place to answer emails, take calls, or work remotely.

You'll have private access to the entire lower unit throughout your stay.



Keyless entry makes arrival easy, and your unique access code will be provided prior to check-in.



One designated off-street parking space is available behind the house. Please do not park in the driveway.



Additional free street parking is available when needed.

- The property is located along a busy street, so traffic and street noise should be expected.

- The bedroom faces the front of the home and may experience additional street noise.

- The kitchen has a stovetop and microwave but does not have an oven.

- Heating and cooling are provided by mini-split systems located in the kitchen and dining room.

- The property is not pet-friendly.

- There is no private yard or garage.

Guest Access:

Guests will be given a unique code to check themselves in. You will have access to the entire lower unit and won't see us unless you need something!



The Neighborhood:

Stay in South Sandusky, a convenient residential area located between downtown Sandusky and the Cedar Point Causeway. The neighborhood has a relaxed, residential feel while keeping you close to the best of Sandusky. You’ll be just a short drive from Cedar Point, downtown restaurants and shops, the waterfront, marinas, and other local attractions.



Whether you're visiting for a day at Cedar Point, enjoying Sandusky’s waterfront, or exploring the local restaurants and entertainment, this location makes a great home base for your stay.



Getting Around:

Having a car is recommended when staying here, especially if you plan to visit Cedar Point or explore the surrounding area. Cedar Point is just a short drive away, making this a convenient home base for park days. Downtown Sandusky, restaurants, shopping, beaches, and other local attractions are also easily accessible by car.



Uber and Lyft are available in the area and can be a convenient option for evenings out or trips around town. During the summer, traffic around Cedar Point can be heavier, so plan a little extra time when heading to or from the park.

Note: While there is a microwave and stovetop, there is no oven.

HOUSE RULES:

NO PARTIES -- There are ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, events or large gatherings allowed in the home or on the property. We have neighbors who will notify us of such events, and you will be required to leave immediately with no refund and a negative review will be documented. Extra cleanup from the evidence of a party or large gathering may become subject to a $30 hourly extra cleanup on top of the existing cleaning fee.

NO SMOKING -- There is absolutely no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, e-cigs, vaping, etc.), and if in violation you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund in addition to a documented negative review.

LOCAL GUESTS -- All local (Cleveland-based) guests must have at least 2+ positive reviews to book this property. Local guests must have a detailed explanation for renting due to past negative experiences with local guests (see the no parties/large gatherings rule).

PROPERTY DAMAGES – Any damaged property must be reported to the host. We understand accidents happen, and please make sure to notify the host/co-host if damage to the property occurs. Replacement fees and/or reimbursement for damaged items may occur if needed.

GUEST PROFILES – All guests must have a complete profile (including verified ID) with a profile picture.

EXTRA GUESTS – All guests on the reservation must be included in the total # (please no unauthorized guests without permission from the host).

Early Check in & Late Check out: We can accommodate up to 2 hours early check in or late check out for a $30/hour fee. Please give us a minimum of 24 hours for this request in order for us to organize our schedule.

As a courtesy to our cleaners, any uncleaned vomit and or blood will result in a $100 charge to the guest.
