The staff was helpful and kind but its not 4* hotel for sure, rooms, specifically washrooms are not clean. Location is convenient and well connected with Roma central.

I've been to NYC quite a few times, and I've never stayed in a hotel that had a lot space, but the Westin had all the space I needed. Hotel is convenient to many shopping, restaurants and in walking distance to many attractions including Time Square.

They were doing renovations, so it was noisy!

Fantastic hotel with great staff and the rooms were large. The property is beautifully designed and at the end of a long day sightseeing it is like being welcomed home. The location is perfect, walkable to all the main sights but in a quiet neighbourhood surrounded by great restaurants. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

We had an excellent stay. The room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. It was a little noisy from the street but it really didn’t bother us much. I would definitely stay here again. You can walk to all the sights and to the all the great shops and restaurants that the Monti neighborhood had to offer.
