Hôtel Sannidhanam, Rani

« This is a newly built camping style place. The rooms are nice for the outdoor location. Working ceiling fans, sliding glass doors. I spent some time with one of the owners who has great English and is a great guy. It’s really a great location to make as a home camp to take safari jeeps from, which the site can easily order for you. They also can arrange walking trips through the wild park with a park ranger. Great group of people running this place!! »

« This hotel is falsely advertised as a 5-star property. At the most, this is a 3-star property. Installing whirlpool baths in rooms does not mean that you now have a 5-star hotel. Personnel wants to offer a good service but they lack proper training and the end result is that customers receive a bad service. The property is also not properly maintained, already worn down, and poorly fusnirshed and decorated. It also feels like everything is dirty. Food is also an issue: there is no...

« Très bel établissement qui tient ses promesses par rapport à la description donnée par le site, un peu "excentré" mais cela donne l'avantage d'être en forêt et de profiter d'un jardin fleuri très agréable. Le personnel est très aimable et le service de bonne qualité. »

« Friendly helpful people.Beautiful well kept grounds, simple but tasty food »

« We stayed here because the description says 1 minute walk from Peryvar Reserve, it is not. 15 to 20 mins out of Kumily up a very bumpy track. No atmosphere at all. No yoga offered. Evening meal not good, I complained but ignored. Chef shouting in the kitchen. Pool green. Restaurant service not good at all. The best feature is the great taxi driver who works for the hotel. Although it was a VERY expensive service. Check the details before you book. »

« The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, and they also helped organize additional activities, which was appreciated. However, the breakfast spread was quite limited and could be improved. We also noticed that the bedsheets were not properly clean during check-in, which affected the first impression of the stay. »

« The front desk staff was good, the breakfast was excellent and tasty. Two issued I had was there was another group that was playing loud music near us and it was bothering us as we were trying to put the kids to sleep. We also had a issues where the staff was suppose to deliver a case of water we brought and they delivered it to the wrong room. They replaced it with a case but just two small issues. Overall good experience and would stay again if going through the area. »

« Nous avons apprecie la gentillesse du personnel, la proprete de la chambre, le restaurant tres bon (meme si seule une petite partie de la carte etait disponible), l'architecture agreable de l hotel et la proximite du centre ville. 2 bemols cependant : les portes-fenetres de notre chambre (103) ne sont pas jointives donc nous entendions les bruits exterieurs et l'accueil ne dispose d'une caisse pour rendre la monnaie le cas echeant. L ensemble reste tres bien pour un prix tres raisonnable. Je...
