Meine Freundin und ich waren für eine Woche zu Gast im Grupotel Ibiza Beach. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und freuten uns sehr über unser Zimmer mit Blick auf die Bucht und Pool. In dieser Woche konnten wir uns als gestresste Mütter ;-) perfekt erholen. Wir schwärmen jetzt noch von unserem Traumurlaub, der dem schönen Hotel und der perfekten Lage zu verdanken war.

Super tolle Lage, freundliches Personal (wir haben sogar ein kostenloses Zimmer-Upgrade bekommen!), sehr gepflegte Anlage und schöne Zimmer. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Einfach top!

Sehr freundliches Service Personal im Restaurant und an der Rezeption. Sauberkeit war schlechter als erwartet - einen Tag wurde bis 17 Uhr gar nicht sauber gemacht und ansonsten lag die gesamte Zeit Sand auf dem Boden. Am Anfang hat das Badezimmer stark gestunken, was das Personal aber schnell beheben konnte. Leider ist unsere Kamera abhanden gekommen, hier konnte uns leider aufgrund fehlender Kameras nicht weitergeholfen werden. Die Hälfte der Liegen war kaputt. Insgesamt modernes Hotel aber nicht hochwertig.

The hotel is in a beautiful location with some really great restaurants nearby, which was a bonus for us as we were only b&b. The breakfast buffet was a really nice selection although one of the days I was unwell after eating something! The only thing I would mark down this hotel for is the beds. For a 4 star hotel the two single beds pushed together really were not good enough. In fact I think one was a fold out bed. My husband struggled to sleep most nights. Which is a shame as the rest of the hotel has been designed beautifully. They really have thought of everything and made it convenient and comfortable!
