« Went to a concert and made arrangements for an uber ride and a stay to play it safe. Place was ghetto, room was dirty refrigerator made a loud sound from time to time and there was no way we were going to sleep well. Talked to the front desk and told him about the situation and was asking for a refund or partial refund and he said he would talk to his manager. We left and drove home to get decent sleep. Later on that night spoke with him and i was informed that i was not going to get a refund...

« Parking and location details were not clear before booking and after booking and asking questions found out our car would not fit in their parking option. Arrived at the location and saw gang graffiti and gang members outside an alley we had to drive through to get to the apartment. All parking options were full. « House is nice, everything was as described. I saw comments about the alley in the back but to be honest the parking is behind a gate and so is the garbage dumpster so everything is secured then you walk right to the condo so I felt safe. The only thing I would ask is to leave an extra trash bag if guest are staying more than 1 day and possible have a mop in case of accidents. But overall this place is wonder and beds are very comfortable. »

« This property was just Ok. It definitely needs some TLC..It’s pretty beat up. We also found the description not to be totally up to date. Although not an issue for us, the description says each of the 3 rooms also has a futon bed making it sleep 9 guests total, but each room only had 1 bed. It also shows board games in the photos as well as stating there are games, which we didn’t not find. The bed linens were clean and comfortable,but the towels are old and mismatched, those definitely could be...
