« I had a wonderful stay at this Bay View House  in the Galápagos Islands. The location was excellent, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and the waterfront. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and nicely furnished, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Galápagos. »

« After we finally got checked in, turned the AC on and it was not cold. Owner told me it would cool down and to let her know if I didn't need it "cold like hers (friend's room) I would be fine but I could switch it in the morning. Let me be clear, the AC did not work AT ALL and when we returned it was hotter in the room than outside at 9pm. Couldn't open the windows or doors because the of the mosquitoes.
