Perfect place with pets

Irina was amazing. The VRBO was just what we needed. Very pet friendly. She had fresh water for our pets each time we came back to the room. She offered to watch our pups, but we took them with us each time we left. The room is centrally located making it easy to visit all the must see's in New Mexico. Highly recommended if you are traveling withpyps!!!

Pet Angel Inn perfect for our dogs

The hostess was incredibly sweet and made sure our dogs had a stress-free stay. My best friend and I loved the extra blankets for both us and our dogs. The bathroom was super clean and the overall room was super nice. 10/10 would recommend ❤️

Do not trust this host!!

Advertised as a 1 room VRBO with pet boarding available. What she fails to mention is that she has to be there to be sure all dogs pee on a bush in front at check in, doge only allowed to walk on walkway as to not step on flowers. Only “play” area is an enclosure on porch, but the dogs can’t whine or bark so they do not disturb the neighbors. 1. Tell me another boarding business run in a residential neighborhood - they aren’t allowed. Also what boarding facilities don’t allow for NORMAL dog behavior from the dogs. I explained to the crabby, picky host that this was not she made it out to be and that I would be checking out early and would appreciate a refund for un used time. She verbally agreed and then turned around and declined in writing. This host is not nice or friendly and she is an outright liar!

Great room

I was down in Santa Fe for a horse show, and this was the perfect room for what we needed. It was 10 minutes from the show, it was very clean, and had amazing views of the golf course. We were very happy with the room and space that was provided. We felt safe and secure. Irina was the perfect host. If we come back we would love to book this room again!

Overall terrible experience and heartbreaking.

The amenities are few but if you are only there to sleep and shower it is very clean. The owner lives on premises and will be in your business a lot. In the beginning, I thought that it was a little overbearing but I felt like her intentions were good. The more I allowed her to “boss me around”, the worse it got. I am very agreeable, polite, and believe in the good of mankind. But my 3 day stay turned into 2 days. I was forced for my own safety and privacy to leave a day early and find a nearby hotel. I paid for three full nights and stayed 2 nights. I ended up checking out about 18 hours early. I have not asked for my money back and I’m sure she would not do the right thing and give me my money back anyway. I just chalked it up as a terrible experience. I’ve never had anything like this happen to me before. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this VRBO. 😔💔

Beautiful Stay

Lovely view of golf course staying in immaculate room of house. Nice patio for sitting and for pets. Conveniently located to attractions, shopping, and restaurants in Santa Fe. The Pet Angel, Irina, very accommodating and helped me to get items needed to make stay comfortable. She also will pet sit for you. Room did not have kitchen but there were plenty of restaurants and food trucks around....probably not as good for a long stay though.

Wonderful Host & Beautiful Space

Irina was such a lovely host and takes great care of the place! Very dog friendly and our three well behaved large dogs were happy and settled in right away. Irina made sure to communicate with us through our stay, and checked to see if we needed anything when it snowed, she also kept up with shoveling. The whole property was exceptionally clean, well organized, and the host had helpful amenities for the items we forgot at home. Having such an awesome place to stay made the decision to stay another night very very easy! Highly recommend staying here!

Great place to stay with your pets

This was a great property to stay in Santa Fe and very pet friendly. There are towels/blankets/etc... available for your pet(s). upon check in. The host was great and let our dogs out to do their business a couple of time while we were away! Would recommend and would definitely stay again!

I've made multiple complaints she even kept my property which are very near and dear to me my cowboy hat and a glass pipe that was given to me by my deceased wife and son. I was told someone would get in touch with me by 11 o'clock before I leave Santa Fe it is now 1015 and no one has. I cannot believe VRBO would let somebody hold ransom my property

Great Place!

My partner and I came to Santa Fe to visit friends and family. We have three large dogs that came with us. Our host greeted us upon arrival, took the time to introduce her dogs to ours, and gave us our privacy during the rest of the trip. The room was perfect with a large walk-in closet, queen bed with a love seat and small dinning table in the apartment and a large bathroom with a shower and separate soaking tub. I would recommend this studio apartment for any couple wanting a nice, quite place to stay and would not hesitate staying here again when in the area.

Oasis

I was looking for an oasis and I found it at Irine's Home Away From Home. The room was comfortable and clean. The courtyard was exactly as pictured in the listing with a beautiful view of the golf course and the Sangre de Cristo mountains as a back drop. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy the usual attactions of Santa Fe with the bonus of having a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the view. Irine's property manager Sue was the perfect host. She assisted me when I needed her, but gave me plenty of privacy so I could enjoy my oasis! Sue helped me with restaurant suggestions that were spot on and even did some dog sitting for me so I could attend a friend's memorial service without worrying about my little dog Trixie. I will never forget her kindness and hospitality!
