We stayed 21 nights and enjoyed the apartment and Lisbon. Transfer of door codes by email at the airport worked well and the shuttle service was excellent. The apartment suited us well - cozy (a bit tight for some N. American standards), well equipped, and functional. Transportation to anywhere in Lisbon and beyond is very close by. The local neighbourhood was interesting, a bit run down in places but also worth exploring due to local ambiance, parks and hangouts frequented by local people. Grocery store is very close by. The apartment staff were friendly and very accommodating. When a small problem occurred 19 days into our stay, it was corrected immediately when we phoned. We will stay here again.

10 Feb 2020Rather than wait in line and pay at the bottom to get up there, there is a restaurant (Bellalisa Elevador Restaurante) situated in a higher street where you have a similar view one level down from the top for FREE - or you can pay on this level to go up one floor to the top with none of the tourist queues

3 Nov 2019Instead of the major queues for lift go to the shop across the road which has a free lift up to the ruined cathedral and a beautiful rooftop bar (Topo) . From here you can access the walkway to the lift above the street and go to the lower lift levels. No queues at all and totally free
