Hotel Santa Lucía Utatlán

« Horrible servicio hacías el huéspedes »

« Con: Unhelpful staff. The tours organized by the hotel are overpriced. We were asked several times by the restaurant staff to buy them boat rides. The restaurant food is really not good. Didn't even think about doing laundry there: $2 US for panties and $1.50 US for boxer shorts (which is a bit sexist). You have to pay $5 US for a clean towel, even after 3 days at the hotel. Also, the bathroom was very old and not quite as good as the photos. The only positive point is the incredible view of...

« Hotel viellissant. Beaucoup d escaliers. Hotel non recomandé aux personnes a mobilité reduite. Emplacement agreable. Bord du lac en bout du village. »

« Endroit et personnel incroyable!! »

« Everything was perfect, Astrid is very professional and helpful. Thank you !! »

« Nice »

« Super close to everything. Room was absolutely beautiful. The concert that was there was incredible. »

« J’adore »

Although I do not speak Spanish I was able to communicate adequately with my limited Spanish and the staff/family limited English. The property is located about a 10-15 minute walk along a busy main street from the lake. At night the narrow or non-existent sidewalk caused one to be in close contact with the busy traffic when walking h »

« Everyone here was so lovely! Very close to the town of Santiago »
