« Beautiful location! Omar was so friendly and helpful with tips of places to eat and activities we could do! Josef and rest of staff were super friendly and we felt right at home there! »

« I would not stay at this hotel again. It was marginal to begin with but then it got much worse. To start, it is difficult to get to the property without a four-wheel drive. I was worried that I would break an axel on the rental car. The staff was very nice when we arrived. And when we got to the pools both of them were filled a good 10cm below the skimmers which made them both full of small leaves and debris. One of them was greenish and not clear. At dinner, we had to send back the octopus...

Muchas gracias! »

« We stayed 5 days at this place and we were more than satisfied. Without being in the hustle and bustle of the center, the hotel is a few minutes by taxi in a quieter place. Our host was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is new with all the usual amenities, the decor is pleasant and the hotel is overlooked giving a very beautiful view. Several hotels in the region require you to travel several hundred meters to get there on very very bad roads which is not the case for Alberca; barely 50...

« Room & linens were spotless. Mattress was a true king size and incredibly comfortable. People on site were super friendly & courteous. Best shower of our whole trip! »
