Bedroom: A comfortable double bed with fresh linens, and a closet for restful nights after a day in the sun.

Living area: A sofa bed adds space for two more guests, alongside a TV, a wooden shelf and a dining table for easy meals.

Kitchen: Equipped for everyday cooking — gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, cookware and dishes.

Balcony: Step outside to your private balcony with a table and a partial ocean view — the natural spot for morning coffee or a sunset drink.

Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the entire apartment, as well as the property's shared amenities and common areas.

The building has controlled access: check-in must be coordinated at least 24 hours in advance, sharing the full names and ID details of all guests (children may require a birth certificate). Guests are identified with red wristbands. The apartment has an electronic code lock, and an electricity card activates the power inside. The building has an elevator and an internal parking area. Common areas can be used from the authorized check-in time.

- Check-in begins at 3:00 PM local time.

- Checkout is at 12:00 PM local time.

- To ensure a smooth arrival for incoming guests, please honor the checkout time.

- Unauthorized late checkouts will incur an additional fee.

- The reservation must be booked by a legal adult; children are welcome to stay as part of the group.



Keep in Mind (House Rules)

- Parties, smoking, or loud gatherings aren't permitted.

- Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM.

- Building registration must be completed at least 24 hours before arrival.

- Common areas can't be used before the authorized check-in time.

- A lost electricity access card has a replacement fee of COP $50,000.

- The building also offers a shared coin laundry (COP $15,000 per wash-and-dry cycle).
