Perfect Beach Getaway for Two Families!

We had a wonderful stay at Seagrove Beach! The house was in a fantastic location and had plenty of room for two families to share comfortably. It was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals throughout the week, and the pool was a great bonus—perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. We also really appreciated the beach chairs, towels, and all the extra beach gear that made our days by the ocean even better. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Great house!!

This house was perfect! The balcony with the bed swing was a huge hit with our family for afternoon napping. Each of the bedrooms were generous in size. The house offered great space for our family to gather for meals and spread out to do other activities! The chefs kitchen was fully stocked with literally everything! The finishes were lovely. The pool was fun for our granddaughters to play in. The access to the beach was easy and close. Having the golf cart available was an extra bonus! We loved staying at Sea Change and will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful beach house

We really enjoyed our week’s vacation! The house was beautiful and they had everything we needed and more. The pool was nice, but a little on the small side. We loved Seagrove beach. It was beautiful water and soft white sand. Many places to eat near by. Loved the 6 person golf cart to go to restaurants. Perfect weeks vacation!!

Amazing Property!

We had a wonderful family vacation at this property! We have stayed in this area at many different properties and this was our favorite by far! The house is beautiful and in the perfect location. The house had plenty of room for everyone. Our big kids and our littles had the space they needed to spread out. Upstairs swing bed was loved by all! The pool was awesome. Loved having it part in sun and part in shade. The kids swam for hours when they got tired of the beach. Having 3 fridges in the house was a great bonus. Outdoor shower was so great to have after a day at the beach. We also appreciated all the beach chairs and sand toys included at the house. We flew in to Florida so it was so nice not having to go buy that stuff. We loved having beach access just 100 steps away. We didn’t mind walking through the stream at all but if it bothered anyone, you could just use the other beach access which is just down the street in the opposite direction! The gulf cart is a favorite! We love taking it for outings and coffee/donut runs to Kave and Kream! The concierge Sandy was great and answered my questions right away. My only small complaint would be that I feel the house needs a deep clean. As a whole, the house was clean, but there was dust build up on the baseboards and corners of rooms. Miner thing. We will for sure be back to this awesome house!

Lovely stay!

Sea Change is a fantastic property! The house is beautifully appointed with modern furnishing, state of the art appliances and you can’t beat the view! All the rooms are enormous with super comfy beds, spacious bathrooms and multiple areas to hang out in! We actually loved that the pool is below the deck, a respite from the sun. We enjoyed the golf cart as the location is central to so much! We also took a quick drive to the Hub one day and Seaside city center another. Communication with the owner and property manager were superb. We wished the beach access was a little more convenient- you can either access the beach through East Lake by wading through waist-high water or walk a quarter mile down the road to the public beach- both a little challenging with little kids, but that’s the only (very minor) inconvenience- if you can even call it that. We would absolutely stay here again. We had a lovely week.

Family Vacation

This property is gorgeous with views of the ocean. Loved the 2 balconies. We watched. 4th of July fireworks from the upper one. There is more than enough supplies, plenty of towels, lots of utensils, pots and pans, and dishes. We were pleased to find 3 coffee pots, one a keurig, because one of our party only drinks decaf. The place was spotless and beautifully decorated. Beds very comfortable. There is a cot in one of the queen bedrooms, which we looked for but didn't find until we were leaving. It had a cover on it and we thought it was an ottoman. We could really have used it.. Beach access is close, we used the Eastern Lake one. Very convenient. All in all we had a great family vacation. Highly recommend this property.

Awesome Beach Get Away

We made this reservation late as two of our other reservations fell through (properties were sold). It ended up being a blessing as this house was perfect for our family vacation. The house has a huge (main) kitchen and living area, plenty of room for everyone. It was great to have three refrigerators. The location was great and the view was just gorgeous. We normally stay at Seaside but with the golf cart we were able to visit and then get away from the crowds there. Loved the big swing on the 2nd floor porch. Once the pool is added, it will have everything. Hope the property is available for our next visit to 30A. Amanda was very accommodating and responded to my questions promptly.

Amazing house and location

We loved our stay! The mgmt team was super responsive to anything we needed. The house is amazing and has just about anything you will need for your stay at the beach! Our family loved the porches and porch swings! We would hang out there nightly. The walk to the beach is short and easy! Thanks for a great week!!

Amazing home and fabulous service!

The property was absolutely amazing! We loved everything about this house. It was clean and so spacious especially with two 2 yr olds! The owners were so responsive before our stay and we’re quick to answer all questions. Todd Roark with 30a concierge was absolutely amazing. Any help or questions we had he answered immediately. The location is great, views are great and rumor has it they are adding a pool which will just add to the experience! Thanks for a wonderfully stay. We will be back!

Perfect family beach trip

We have been coming to 30A with our family for several years. The toughest part about traveling with a large family is finding a place to stay in a location we desire. This home was everything we could imagine. The boys had plenty of room to play and keep themselves entertained. Having three fridges in the home was perfect, bc we filled all of them up. The view of the beach was perfect to wake up to. And the walk to the beach was very convenient. The property manager stopped by to talk with us and was very friendly.

Unbelievable!!!!!

We ended up selecting Sea Change due to a property we had reserved canceling our reservation under two weeks out of our trip. It was larger and pricier than our original plans. But we have not looked back. God always knows what is best and he had our backs on this one. As a review said, the pictures are great but nothing like the property actually is. Property is sooooo much more magnificent than the pictures. We didn’t miss our beds, our showers, not our space. Sea Change is perfection. King beds everywhere!! You will NOT regret this purchase!! Dont let the comments about wading water through the Eastern Lake worry you!! It was nothing and provided some unique areas for your children to play without the waves and cold water!! I. LOvE Sea Change!!!

Great Family Time

The house was gorgeous and had everything you need for a week visit. Loved the bikes and golf cart that were included. The kitchen was very well appointed. The three refrigerators were awesome for a large group. The only negative is the beach access that is closest to the house is sometimes flooded with waist high water so you have to walk down the street to access the beach. The beach and water are gorgeous. The owner and property manager are wonderful and very responsive.

Perfect in every way!

There are no words for how beautiful this home was and what a wonderful vacation our family had in Santa Rosa. LOVED the location, both the surrounding area and AMAZING beach access. The house is even prettier in person with the 12-foot ceilings and the most amazing furnishings, yet it still felt comfortable, like home even. The kitchen was stocked with the best of the best and everyone had plenty of space to spread out. I could go on and on. Sea-Change is for sure a retreat away from the real world and I would recommend it for families or any getaway!

Amazing house

The pictures do not do this house justice. We were amazed at all of the beautiful furnishings and especially the view of the ocean. And it was very clean. We cooked fresh seafood one night and the kitchen had every pot and pan we could need. The seafood market is less than a mile away. It was cold during our stay so we didn’t visit the beach much but the access was close and we could still enjoy the view and sound of the waves. We were never bored and had game night at the large dining room table. The way the house is laid out it is perfect for multiple families. We will definitely stay here again and can’t wait to use the bikes & the golf cart when it’s not so cold.

The PERFECT beach house!

Staying here was absolutely amazing! This home is easy to find and the location is perfect! Easy beach access and a short golf cart or bike ride from any food or shops! The large porches are perfect for watching the ocean waves any time of day! The home is beautifully decorated, equipped with everything we needed, and the layout is ideal. There is plenty of room for kiddos to hangout in the rec area in the basement. The large, open concept living room and kitchen on the main floor is perfect for everyone to be together for meals or game night! The master bedroom is easily accessed on the main floor. All other bedrooms are on the top level with their own kitchen and living area! This home is ideal for family vacations or couples’ getaways! We can’t wait to return!!
