Unlike many nearby public beaches, Vizcaya's beach is reserved exclusively for residents and guests, creating a quiet, uncrowded atmosphere where you'll have plenty of space to relax and enjoy the Gulf. Along with over 900 feet of beautiful private shoreline, you'll also enjoy a resort-style community pool, convenient access to local dining, shopping, bike paths, and coastal attractions. Spend your days relaxing on the beach, biking along Scenic Highway 30A, exploring rare coastal dune lakes, or enjoying fresh Gulf seafood at nearby local favorites before returning home to reconnect with family and friends.

Your Space
Offering more than 3,000 square feet of living space across multiple levels, this thoughtfully designed home combines comfort, functionality, and privacy. The second floor serves as the main gathering area, featuring an open-concept layout that brings together the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable seating, abundant natural light, and direct access to a spacious Gulf-facing balcony create an inviting setting for spending time together. The kitchen offers generous countertop space, a large breakfast bar with four bar stools, a beverage refrigerator, coffee maker, Keurig, microwave, and refrigerator with an ice maker, providing everything needed to prepare meals throughout your stay. The adjoining dining area comfortably seats eight guests, making it ideal for family dinners, game nights, or planning the next day's adventures. On the third floor, the private primary suite offers a peaceful retreat complete with its own balcony, where you can unwind and enjoy beautiful Gulf views from the comfort of your room.

Enjoy second-row private beach access just across a narrow one-way street. The community beach walkover is approximately 10–12 feet from the home, making it easy to reach the sugar-white sand in just a few steps. Guests will also appreciate the outdoor rinse-off area with hot water, making it easy to wash away sand after returning from the beach.

A Benchmark initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
