    Avec un hébergement pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes, WaterColor Getaway est parfait pour deux familles et est idéalement situé dans le quartier de WaterColor Park (Phase 1), à distance de marche du Beach Club, Western Lake et Seaside.

    Le premier étage dispose d'une cuisine créée par un designer primé d'Atlanta, idéale pour préparer des repas gastronomiques ou un simple apéritif. La salle à manger ouverte et le salon branché font de WaterColor Getaway un excellent endroit pour les grands rassemblements. Le salon est équipé d'une grande télévision à écran plat.

    Un porche accueillant avec trois ventilateurs et un mobilier d'extérieur moderne est un endroit idéal pour se détendre après une journée à explorer les sentiers. Complétant le premier étage, deux chambres, deux salles de bains et un coin buanderie. La chambre principale king a une télévision, une salle de bain complète privée avec une douche à l'italienne et une baignoire à jets pour détresse. La chambre double partage la salle de bain du hall. Beautiful home and great setup for a family. Even with the downstairs bedrooms, you can close the hallway door to block noise between the living areas and bedrooms. Amazing location that made it easy to walk to the beach, Seaside, and quickly drive to other parts of Watercolor. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay!

Perfect week!

This home was perfect for our week long stay in watercolor! Clean, open, comfortable, and cozy! Walking distance to the beach and beach club. Just a drive or bike ride to camp watercolor (you could walk but we chose not to). Perfect location!

A convenient, excellent choice.

Our family had a delightful New Year's visit to Seaside, only a few blocks away from the Watercolor Inn and with access to the adjacent beach club. The property was obviously newly remodeled with a fun, colorful, attractive theme, and the swing on the front porch got a lot more use from our group than a pool/hot tub would have. I would not hesitate to come again!

Perfect beach vacation

The layout of the house was perfect for our group. We had three couples and a baby. The location was amazing. We didn't even need to rent a golf cart. We could walk most places and we drove when we needed to go further for dinner. The house was clean, comfortable, and area was quiet. Very thankful for the beach and pool access. We would love to come back and stay here again. Wonderful family memories made.

Lovely Watercolor Home

Our family had a great time at this beautiful property! Very clean and comfortable with many helpful amenities. The cleaning crew did an awesome job getting it ready for new clients. Perfect layout with space to cook at home, relax, play games, etc. Bedrooms are spacious, even the bunk room was comfortable for teenagers. Mattresses are comfy for a great nights sleep. Description of property is completely accurate, location is ideal for those wanting to enjoy Seaside and Watercolor Beach Club. Comfortable walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Loved this place!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with our stay at 134 Mystic Cobalt. The accommodations were perfect for all our family members. We especially appreciated having 3 King Bedrooms. The property description online was an accurate reflection of our experience. It was very convenient to the Watercolor Resort as well as Seaside. We only needed a car when we were visiting Alys and Rosemary Beach areas. The property is very well maintained overall. There were some areas that appeared not to be completely cleaned (possibly due to quick turn around from previous guests). However it didn't impact the overall quality of our stay. The customer service was outstanding. There was frequent communication and always quick responses to any questions. Having the text option to communicate with the management company was very helpful. We would definitely recommend this property to any future guests. Our top restaurant recommendation would be Pescado Seafood Grill and Rooftop Bar. The casual walk up options in Seaside were great when the kids are along. Shopping was exceptional between Seaside and Rosemary Beach areas. We also enjoyed all the pool options at the Watercolor Resort and Camp Watercolor as well as the Beach area.

The renters were so flexible and responsive and we can't wait to be back. We did end up renting a golf cart for the beach/pool/seaside nights since we had kids (and lots of stuff!) and it made things much easier and more fun. We couldn't recommend this house more!
