The adjacent dining area features a table that seats 8, perfect for group meals, along with a fun arcade-style video game machine for added entertainment.

Also on the main floor, you’ll find a downstairs bedroom and full bathroom, along with a convenient laundry area, making this layout ideal for multi-generational stays.

Upstairs, the home offers additional privacy with two guest bedrooms and a spacious primary suite, plus well-designed hallway access connecting everything comfortably.

The minimum acceptable ratio of occupants in our rental units is one (1) person over the age of 25 for every four (4) persons under the age of 25 occupying the rental property except during Spring Break. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person over the age of 25 for every two (2) persons under the age of 25.
