- Guests may rent an LSV through Electric Cart Company. Supplies are limited. 
- Access to WaterColor Beach Club and community pools is included for up to 9 guests ages 5 and older.
- Bedroom furnishings may be updated as new beds arrive (photos of updates coming soon). 
- At least one mid-stay clean is required for any reservation 10 days or longer and this cost is included in your reservation. Extra cleans can be scheduled for an additional fee
