Cruise to the beach in style with your private 6-seater golf cart, or grab one of the 4 bikes provided and explore the scenic paved bike trails that stretch along 30A. Inside the three-level vacation home, every detail has been thoughtfully curated for your comfort and enjoyment. From the moment you enter, you'll notice the striking design and high-end furnishings in soothing natural tones that create a relaxed coastal vibe.

Main Living Spaces:
The second-level open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas make gathering with family and friends effortless. Dine indoors at the large main dining table, pull up a seat at the center island, or enjoy al fresco meals on the balcony dining area overlooking the neighborhood. The kitchen is a cook’s dream, featuring a 6-burner Viking gas range, Viking refrigerator, top-of-the-line dishwasher, drawer microwave, and luxurious natural-finish cabinetry. It's fully equipped and ready to feed a crowd.
The second level also features a Queen bedroom with private ensuite bath, and a King bedroom with ensuite bath that is also accessible from the Kitchen and Main Living area.

Spread out across three floors, Easy Street offers 6 serene King and Queen bedrooms, each featuring ensuite bathrooms for ultimate comfort and convenience. Well-placed bunk beds on both the first and third floors make it perfect for kids or teens traveling together.

**All bookings require a signed rental agreement, a copy of a government issued photo ID matching your credit card and the rental agreement, and a $500 security deposit hold (Rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking, or the reservation will be subject to cancellation.)

** Must be at least 25 years old to rent and the person booking must stay in the condo through the duration of the rental.
** There must be one adult 25 or older present for every 3 guests under the age of 25.
**We provide a starter supply of essentials including soaps, shampoo, laundry detergent, paper towels, coffee, and toilet paper to help you settle in comfortably until you have a chance to visit the store.
