Cette belle copropriété au huitième étage récemment rénovée a une nouvelle cuisine, avec de nouvelles armoires, des comptoirs en granit, un dosseret en verre et des appareils en acier inoxydable de haute qualité. L'unité a des carreaux de grain de bois partout, fait dans un beau motif à chevrons. | | Les deux salles de bains ont été rénovées et les deux ont des entourages en marbre. Le maître a une douche à l'italienne et le bain d'invité a une baignoire, les deux ont de nouvelles vanités. Les portes escamotables ferment la chambre d'amis et la salle de bain pour une suite privée. Tous les lits ont de nouveaux matelas et une nouvelle literie. Il y a 3 téléviseurs avec lecteurs DVD et tous les téléviseurs ont une connexion par câble. | | Le complexe BeachCrest dispose d'une piscine chauffée en saison et d'un barbecue. | | Savourez un café le matin ou des cocktails en soirée en admirant les eaux baignées de soleil de la côte d'Émeraude. Very clean and condition as advertised Right on the beach, and easy bike ride or walk to Seaside and restaurants. Did not cook much, but only negative was old pots and flat pillows. Otherwise, great stay!

Sofa is tired and needs replaced, as well as the mattresses. Mattresses were comfortable, but you can hear the springs coil when tossing and turning. Make sure you bring your own beach towels.

Needs a little TLC in places (bathrooms, trim) but it had everything we needed and more. The view never got old and having the beach chair set up included was key! The only thing I would recommend is having extra bath towels. We did laundry and washed the towels, but having an extra bathmat would have made things easier.

Several issues with plumbing--bathtub doesn't drain, dishwasher backs up into sink. Couch is stained and well past its best days. Asked management for more than one roll of TP and a garbage bag and was offered a partially used roll. One extra blanket for three beds. Its a very basic set up, so if you are used to a property that provides a more "comforts of home" experience, be aware.

It’s right outside of busy Seaside but just a short drive in the opposite direction to Rosemary Beach. The condo itself was decorated nicely and management did a great job of providing for any needs we may have. Good location

We like staying at Beachcrest a lot. Beach is beautiful and clean and easily accessible from condo. We rent bikes to ride to Seaside and family has a great time.
