Seaplane Cottage is the beach getaway home you've been searching for, centrally located along 30A in a quaint, gated neighborhood in the heart of Seagrove. This adorable beach cottage offers the perfect blend of modern living and natural beauty, situated right against the State Forest for ultimate privacy and serenity. Just a short stroll to beach accesses and a quick bike ride to Seaside, WaterColor, and the Big Chill, this home is conveniently all on one level — ideal for families. Enjoy the stylish open-concept kitchen, dining table for 8, and spacious living room, creating the perfect gathering spot. You're greeted by the morning sun on the covered front porch and can wind down after a day at the beach on the screened-in back patio overlooking the forest.

Heated Pool

Enjoy our beautiful community pool, which is heated year-round for your comfort!

The pool is heated on days when the outside air temperature is above 50°F.

Please note: The pool heater is unable to operate and will automatically shut off when the outside temperature drops to 50°F or below to ensure efficient operation.



Beach Access: Two public beach access points, a short walk from the home, with a newly built public parking area (including a bike rack) located between them on Eastern Lake Road:

1. Eastern Lake Beach Access — on the west side of Eastern Lake, where the outfall meets the beach at the intersection of South Gulf Drive and Eastern Lake Road, about 1/4 mile south of Scenic 30A. Eastern Lake is a coastal dune lake that periodically opens to exchange water with the Gulf; reaching the beach from this entrance requires wading through the lake.

2. Ramsgate Beach Access — a simple walkover with stairs near the end of Eastern Lake Road, behind the Summer's Edge neighborhood beside the Ramsgate townhomes.

Bath Essentials: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 sets of bath towels per guest

Kitchen Amenity Box: 2 laundry pods, 2 dishwasher pods, a sponge, and dish soap, plus 1 roll of paper towels

Toiletries: Travel-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom

Note: These are starter supplies for your arrival and are not restocked during your stay. Beach towels are provided in addition to bath towels. For longer stays, we recommend packing extras or picking some up nearby — full suggestions are in your digital guidebook.

Beach Access: Two public access points a short walk away — Eastern Lake Beach Access and Ramsgate Beach Access (see details above)

Dining & Coffee: Greenway Station, featuring shops, coffee, ice cream, and dining, is within a couple minutes walk! A quick bike ride east leads to the Big Chill (shops, outdoor games, and a big screen for sports/movies).

Groceries & Essentials: Publix at WaterColor Crossings, roughly 3 miles away

Seaside Town Square: Roughly 2.5 miles away

Pet Policy: Dog friendly — up to 2 dogs allowed, $175 fee per dog, host must be notified of pet prior to arrival.

No smoking or vaping, including on the screened-in back patio (strictly prohibited)

No parties or events

Must be 25 or older to book; guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian staying on the premises.

Before check-in, you'll be asked to sign our simple rental agreement and upload a photo ID for verification — quick and standard for all guests.
