We kindly ask that you treat the home with care and leave it as you found it. If anything is damaged, lost, or stolen during your stay, a charge may apply. Linens that are excessively stained or destroyed will also be subject to replacement fees.

Parking: To help us comply with neighborhood HOA requirements, please note that overnight parking is not permitted on neighborhood streets or sidewalks. The home can accommodate a maximum of 4 vehicles — 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway.

Any additional vehicles must be parked on the roadway outside of the neighborhood overnight. Please plan accordingly, as the HOA reserves the right to tow vehicles parked in violation of neighborhood parking rules.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding!

Please note: If the pool key is lost, there is a $50 replacement fee — so be sure to return it to its designated spot before checkout.

Quite Hours 10pm-8am

No Smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. All cigarette butts and smoking remnants must be properly disposed of in a trash receptacle. Do not discard on the ground, in landscaping, or around the property.

No Pets

Guests who violate smoking and pet policy will be charged an additional $1,000, plus the expense of any necessary cleaning.

No mailbox on property available for deliveries.

The home will be stocked with a starter supply of essential toiletries for your convenience upon arrival. For extended stays, additional supplies may be needed and can be purchased locally.

The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the property for the entirety of the reservation.
