The home offers three thoughtfully designed sleeping spaces:

A king primary suite with a private en-suite bathroom
A second king suite featuring twin XL bunk beds and its own en-suite bathroom—great for families
An upstairs bunk room with two queen beds and a twin trundle, perfect for larger groups or kids

Guests will enjoy three full bathrooms, a half bath, washer and dryer, and a variety of beach accessories to make your stay effortless.

Nestled just minutes from Seaside, you’ll enjoy easy access to some of the area’s best dining, shopping, and local experiences—while still feeling relaxed and uncrowded. With beautiful beaches, scenic bike paths, and a true “old Florida” feel, it’s one of the most sought-after spots on 30A.

The surrounding area of Dune Villas truly can’t be beat. Once you arrive, you’ll find that a car is rarely needed. The beach and pool are both just a short, easy walk away, along with several nearby spots to explore.

For a more fun and convenient way to get around, many guests enjoy renting bicycles or a golf cart during their stay. We offer on-site parking for both bikes and golf carts to make things easy.

Our property is perfectly located in Seagrove Beach. We have beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers for your use while staying at the property. We offer bike rental delivery and golf cart parking for your rental. Golf cart rentals need to be gas powered as the parking spots do not have electric chargers.
