ganz gut. Personal super nett - Hotel schon älter
Es war alles in allem sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr nett und bemüht vor allem um die Kinder. Leider haben wir ein ungünstig gelegenes Zimmer bekommen. Denn bei den 2 Party-Abenden bis 24:00 Uhr für die Erwachsenen, konnte unsere Tochter nicht schlafen. Die Kinderbetreuung im Mini-Club ist ok. Leider ist die Abendveranstaltung "Mini-Disco" unserer Meinung mit 21:00 bis 21:30 Uhr für die Kinder zu spät. Und oft wurde diese nicht pünktlich begonnen, so dass diese weniger als eine halbe Stunde ging. Zudem wurde nicht auf die unterschiedlichen Altersgruppen der eingegangen. Hier haben wir bereits in eine anderen Hotel ganz in der Nähe schon bessere Erfahrungen machen dürfen. Letztlich war trotz des etwas älteren Zustandes des Hotels alles ordentlich und sauber. Wir hatten AI gebucht und das Essen war abwechslungsreich und super lecker. Das Hotel liegt quasi direkt am Hafen und bietet einen tollen Ausblick.

Nicht so gut: Leider haben wir ein ungünstig gelegenes Zimmer bekommen. Bei den 2 Party-Abenden bis 24:00 für die Erwachsenen, konnte unsere Tochter nicht schlafen.

Appena rientrato dal mio soggiorno a palma all'hotel palia...vacanza con famiglia e due bambini...camera di recente ristrutturata comoda e spaziosa dotatata di tutti i confort,struttura hotel ben tenuta,ottima posizione per visitare tutte le calette più belle dell'isola,cibo internazionale abbastanza variegato,ottima pizza complimenti al pizzaiolo,una menzione alla receptionist con i capelli biondi è stata gentile e cortese e ci ha dato una grossa mano nel risolvere un piccolo problema cortese e professionale e molto umana.Giudizio finale positivo,unica nota stonata la pulizia delle stoviglie in sala ristorante,dovrebbero essere più attenti perché abbiamo ripetutamente trovato piatti,bicchieri e posate sporche questo aspetto da migliorare

Costa del Sol
Ottimo rapporto prezzo/qualità per il cibo e la posizione. La camera assegnataci invece era poco confortevole in quanto al piano terra , facilmente accessibile agli insetti e a ridosso della piscina per bambini . Un giorno si sono dimenticati di pulire la camera.
