First of all, we greatly appreciate and value your comment, but it should be noted that our visitor rules are posted on the door of each room, a visitor is not allowed to enter the rooms. However, they can be in the common area of the hotel until 9:00 pm, it is for this reason that the hotel staff was attentive to your stay, since some of our rules were not met, for us the safety of our guest is extremely important, that is why we encourage our guests and and everyone (visitors included) to complied with our rules. I am very sorry that our policies did not meet your expectations and for that we sincerely apologize.

We are very sorry for your bad experience.The parking specifications are very clear in our description, private parking is subject to availability, the other parking spaces are around the hotel directly on the street.
