Maison magnifique

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en profitant bien des belles infrastructures mises à disposition. Deux points devraient être améliorés: le wifi est beaucoup trop faible et la pression de l’eau est trop faible pour que tout le monde puisse se doucher en même temps, ce qui oblige à planifier les douches en rentrant de la plage.

Perfect!

Madeleine was very easily reachable and provided detailed and precise information before the trip. The villa is very well located, in a silent area, while a 2' drive from a supermarket and a short drive to main activities. The villa is very well equipped and though we spent most of her time outside, it was really appreciable to have a bathroom for each bedroom. It was clean when we arrived and a lady came to take care of the swimming pool in the week as announced by Madeleine. We were 5 adults and 4 kids aged 7 to 12, we all had a fantastic stay and havd enough space for each and everyone. The terrace, the pool, the sunbeds, everything was so great. I can only recommend it and if I plan holidays back in tenerife in future I will go to Madeleine's place!!

Très belle maison , bien organisée , bien équipée Le seul point négatif indépendant de la propriétaire , les travaux de la maison juste à côté et les chiens du voisin du dessous qui aboient la journée et en soirée

We had a lovely stay, the villa is in a good location for shops, restaurant's and the beach and the bus service is great to get to other locations.The villa was beautifully furnished with comfortable beds, lovely to have a bathroom for each bedroom.Would recommend.

Wonderful villa

On arrival the villa was more than we expected,it was breathtaking. The living area and kitchen are open plan, the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. There are sliding doors onto the pool/ patio area which was perfect for a group of 9 people, pool table and a dart board and a raised patio area with excellent views to the sea and the sun set in the evening, the pool was a perfect size.All bedrooms are very comfortable with en-suite, we had one of the large suites on the lower floor with a small patio area. All correspondence with Madeleine before and during our stay was excellent.

Very nice to stay here. Specially foor a family. Only one remark. Available 2 children beds but only one matras for children.The rest of the facilities is very good and comfortable. Also fine communication .Thanks guys

Sometimes it’s the little things…..

I really can’t fault this Villa. It has everything you need and more.There is plenty of room both inside and out. Views are lovely, the area is really safe and near to all amenities.Sunbeds are comfy, pool table is a bonus -The TV package kept the kids happy during some very unseasonal weather and the heated pool was a nice touch. It’s within walking distance to several bars restaurants and supermarkets.A car is really not necessary.It’s clean , the communication with the owner is fantastic.I’ve stayed in many Villas across Europe over the years and this is genuinely as good as it gets.It is truly exceptional value for money.I would highly recommend - The whole experience from booking-landing and accessing the property was seamless and simple.Thanks for a lovely week.

Excellent Villla

4 couples and our son spent 5 nights in a beautiful villa ..Sparkling clean, comfortable, and really spacious and cozy. Place is a gem with all amenities you can think off . Even surrounding by other villas the area is very quiet . Decent size pool with at least 7 maybe more sunbeds (just did not count) and billiard table for folks who like to play pool. All bedrooms (air conditioned) are large with wardrobes and 4 have private showers and bathrooms. Villa also has large living area with 2 big sofas but we spent all evenings outside аt the big table (no mosquitoes). Madeleine is exceptional host responded timely to all our messages and questions. Provided a lot of info regarding surrounding area (restaurants, tours etc). We have researched this area for our vacation very thoroughly аnd carefully and the price was the best considering all accommodations the villa has. I highly recommend Madeleine's Villa .

Wonderful Villa

The 8 of us ranging from 18-80 had an amazing holiday here. The villa is perfect. The beds are comfy. It is well equipped. For some reason it says in the list of facilities that there is a hot tub. There isn’t and you don’t really need one. The pool is temperature controlled and is lovely for swimming and lounging. My children enjoyed learning how to play pool too. We did not regret our decision to go here. We hired a car and dropped the grand parents off in the town so they could wander the short sea front and grab a coffee. We went shopping then picked them up an hour later. There is a supermarket up the hill which was a 25 minutes walk - quite steep- but there is a useful wheeled shopping trolley that you can use to transport your shopping back down the hill. They really have thought of everything. Thank you.

Great villa in Playa la Arena

I would highly recommend this villa! We spent a week here with friends (party of 9) and we had a great time. The villa was perfect - it was well equipped, very clean, spacious and quiet. It was a short walk to the bars, restaurants, shops and beach. Our host, Madeleine, was brilliant - the check in was easy and we were given very clear instructions how to get to the villa and how to access the key. Madeleine gave us recommendations of great places to eat and drink and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Thank you for a great holiday!

Stunning spacious villa

This is the most beautiful villa we have ever stayed in. We would say it is even better than the photos. It is extremely spacious, beautifully decorated, wonderful pool, outside area hidden from view, beautifully landscaped. The house has all the amenities you could ever wish for. The host was great answering all questions and as helpful as she could possibly be. Great recommendations for restaurants. We were all extremely happy and the villa exceeded our expectations. All in all a stunning villa.

Brilliant villa and great communication from Madeline

This is a luxurious villa and very well equipped. We liked the fact that the cupboards weren't empty when we arrived so it wasn't a case of buying absolutely everything from the local supermarket (which is very good by the way). Nice warm pool, pool table and good wifi. Town is a short walk down a steepish hill. Area is very hilly - we were cycling and it was tough! Weather was lovely and warm in late November and early morning swim in the sea was very pleasant. Chalet sleeps 10 and all the rooms are nice. Beds comfortable and AC works well. Would unreservedly recommend for winter sun break. Thanks Madeline!

Fabulous!

I would wholeheartedly recommend a stay at Madeleine’s villa! The standout for me was how well appointed the villa is, it really felt like a home from home. The kitchen cupboards are full of more intensils and ingredients than you can imagine, which made it so much easier on the couple of nights we wanted to eat in with the family. The villa itself is modern, spacious and clean. We loved the massive downstairs bedrooms. All with en suites and air con which worked well. Location wise you are within a short (but steep!) walk up from the beach area. The terrace is the perfect spot to see the sunset and the stars. Madeleine is a great host and super helpful with local recommendations. All in all a great trip - we were 5 adults, 2 kids and a baby. The space was perfect for us. 10/10

Amazing villa

A fantastic holiday was had by us all in this beautiful villa! It was so spacious, perfect for our family of three couples, two babies and a 5 year old. Lovely week with extended family with an incredible villa with a warm pool.

We really enjoyed our week in this Villa. It's a lovely spot, far enough up the hill from the beach to be peaceful, but also only a quick stroll down to the shops/bars and beachfront. The villa itself is a gem, really well specced out and a very pleasant place to stay. Highlights are the heated pool (our kids, 6 and 3, were in it for hours every day), the bedrooms with aircon, and the generally spacious layout. No negatives to mention, we'd definitely use it again.

Perfect for a group of friends

A beautiful villa with everything we could have asked for. It was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. Close to local amenities and only 45 minutes from the airport. We would definitely stay here again.
