As this is a residential area, we ask you to respect the condominium rules, which include keeping conversations and music at a normal volume during the day and maintaining silence from 9 pm onwards. A fine of 50 USD will be applied if any noise complaints arise. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. A fine of 100 USD will be applied, as we will need to hire an external cleaning and deodorizing company and lose rental days. Parties are not allowed in the apartment. A fine of 200 USD will be applied. The use of the pool is subject to availability as determined by the building administration.
