Fresh Rose Petals on the bed, super friendly staff. It feels more like a B&B, but just because its a smaller hotel. I will be staying there on my next trip, it was excellent and very inexpensive too

The rooms and bathrooms are big enough to feel comfortable. Very good air conditioning. Strong wifi speeds. The security is excellent. The staff is super accommodating and welcoming. The breakfast is top notch. Close to everything! Thank you!

The property it’s beautiful. Don Luis & the front desk staff, cooking/cleaning staff go above & beyond to provide top notch service. The rooms are designed to have a quick stay in for a night while traveling. Breakfast it’s good, comfy bed, AC it’s great, water doesn’t get completely hot & does not have much pressure but im fine on that. Hopefully they’ll be able to add internet/wifi coverage to all rooms, I enjoyed getting work done on their roof.

I had an amazing experience at Mauad Hotel Boutique. The location is very convenient and the staff is very nice and welcoming, They really take care of all your needs. Joseph and Luis the don’t desk receptionist are really enthusiastic in making your stay comfortable and relaxing. I would definitely go back and I strongly recommend this hotel.

It's a gem! With a swimming pool in the courtyard, a restaurant upfront, next to the city's main thoroughfare yet quiet, not far from the historic center and some wonderful neighborhood restaurants. The room I got was a bit tight and windowless but cute, great bed, extraordinary bathroom. No complains. I'd do it again.

My only advice to management is to try to invest in improving noise cancellation. Better noise cancellation room doors and placing a hallway rug, will improve privacy. Ice machine will be an asset as well. Overall experience was a very pleasent stay.

The hotel is perfectly situated close to many restaurants and located in one of the safest neighborhood in Santo Domingo. It is less than 1 block away from the Malecón of Santo Domingo and a short taxi ride to all tourist attractions. The room was adequate in side for 2 people and although the housekeeping took until the late afternoon to clean the room, it was always done very well. This is a small hotel with a small pool in the rear and has a quaint feeling, without lacking luster. The only shortcomings were minor. Breakfast is served outdoors, which for a tropical location is no big deal, unless it rains. The hallways echo sounds, which can be disruptive since not all guests have common sense to be quiet at late hours. Perhaps the hotel would be better if they offer earplugs to guests who want more quiet at night. We always travel with our own and the noise did not bother us during the night, but I can see how it could be an issue to some. The staff was always helpful and friendly. The hotel does not offer currency exchange. We would stay again.

The hotel looks exactly like the pictures, very nice and kind staff upon arrival. The bell boy would help us since we arrived and was very nice. Room was ready and clean, everything was exactly as promised . TV is a bit small and the quality of image a bit poor but we watched a movie in my computer and it was great. Due to curfew the outside restaurant was closed so we ordered some pasta with room service , it was delivered within minutes and it was warm and delicious. In the morning, we had breakfast, which was included and. It was very delicious , I had seen several comments about the delicious omelets and indeed we ordered one and it was very very good!!! In our overall experience we would recommend it and repeat it as many times as possible! Oh. And also super important the location of these hotel it’s amazing super close to everything and one block from the ocean (malecón).
