Bereits beim Einchecken war das Personal sehr gestresst und gab den Stress direkt an die Kunden weiter. Im Zimmer angekommen war die Klospüle defekt und Wasser ist ganze Zeit geronnen. Die Bademäntel waren sehr abgenützt sowie die Badetücher welche Make Up Flecken hatten. Ein weiterer Minuspunkt ist das man nicht im Bademantel zum Wellnessbereich darf. Doch wenn man einmal im Wellnessbereich war will man sowieso nicht mehr hin. Der gesamte Wellnessbereich ist veraltet und Renovierungsbedürftig. Der Saunabereich ist das einzige was Potential hätte wenn man sich mehr um die Hygiene kümmern würde. In der Nacht war es fast unmöglich einzuschlafen da irgendwelche Konzerte im Hotel waren und die Musik sehr laut war so dass man den Bass im Zimmer richtig spürte. Wir waren ziemlich enttäuscht vom Hotel, denn das ist alles außer ein 5 Sterne Hotel!

Die Zimmer waren super und sauber. Die Spaabteilung war wunderschön. Der Außen Pool war schmutzig und über fühlt. Die liegen muss man extra bezahlen. Pool Handtücher gab es nicht. In Spa gab es kein Wasserspender. Das frühstücken war katastrophal. Es gab keinen vernünftigen Kaffee. Man muss ja vom Automaten sich Kaffee holen. Die Tische waren schmutzig das Besteck auch nicht so schön sauber

Alles bestens. Klimaanlage etwas schwach aber man kann es tagsüber laufen lassen wenn man nicht da ist und es langt dann auch. Alle super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders im Kinderland. Besonderen Dank an die Personen an der Rezeption, Gastronomie und Spa. Das Management reagiert vorbildlich. Auch hier Dank an Frau Emina Terovic. Meine Kids waren mehr als happy. Gesamtes Essen und Trinken super. Bis zum nächsten Mal. Čisto i uredno. Klima je malo slaba ali se može pistuti u odsutnosti tako da uveče je dovoljno hladno. Posebna hvala je za Team u Kinderland. Super su. Također posebna hvala ide teamu na recepciji, gastronomiji i spa. Menađment reagira u sekundi. Ovdje hvala gosp. Emini Terovic. Ganz ok
Das Hotel ist noch ziemlich neu, die Arbeitsabläufe des Personals daher noch nicht optimal. Während unseres Aufenthaltes lief der Fernseher nur einen Tag ( 9 Tage Aufenthalt) trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage wurde nichts gemacht. Frühstück äusserst bescheiden. Das angeschlossene Thermalbad ist ein Pluspunkt, jedoch ist dieses hygienisch nicht auf hohem Niveau. Das Hotel liegt weit ausserhalb des Zentrums, für Touristen nicht ideal. Es ist kein 5-Sterne-Hotel im westlichen Sinne. Für Business-Leute gut geeignet da in der Nähe des Flughafens. Insgesamt ok.

Staff was great, but the rooms are not wheelchair accessible. Also it could have been much cleaner. The elevators were dirty and I also found a huge bug in my room. The rooms are not worth the price to be honest.

I stayed 7 nights at hotel Hills with my family. Check in was very disappointing. They offer nothing to drink at the reception like other five stars hotels. They will keep your passport for one hour which I couldn’t understand why. No one explained. Reception was also very tiny and crowded. The Breakfast has no taste even though they have big breakfast buffet. Nothing organic which was very disappointing as they call the hotel five star. The staff was somehow nice at the restaurant. The hotel is too crowded and the staff is too busy pleasing outsider guest. There are wedding event every Saturday and Sunday night and all the staff was too busy with wedding guests. Too noisy hotel. People are allowed to Smoke everywhere not ideal place for people with asthma allergies or lungs problems. They offer kids and adults pool to hotel hills guests but keep in mind that you have to pay 7 mark pr. seat in the pool. Don’t expect Cleaning at the pool at all. We are definitely coming to Sarajevo again but will not chose this hotel. We only booked this hotel because of 5 stars. But they have are too far as a five star level. We have stayed in many five stars hotels around the world this was the biggest disappointment.

The hotel has a huge thermal spa complex which was the reason we picked it. However, the hotel seems to be short of staff, not able to manage crowds of guests. Most disappointing was breakfast - lots of food choices in a dark overcrowded restaurant. Food was not presented nicely, pieces of cheese and salami looked as if they were thrown on the plate. I could not find a hand sanitizer in the restaurant. Room was huge, but slightly worn our. The pools were clean and not crowded. The wifi was very slow. When asked about it, the receptionist said it works fine for him! Other receptionists were very kind. Overall, for next time I would choose another hotel.

Super! Fint och fräscht hotell med trevlig personal. Om jag skulle klaga på något är det frukosten. Fanns mycket att välja på men även om vi kom tidigt tid så upplevde vi att frukosten hade ”stått framme länge”. Kändes inte fräsch..
