PET STAYS:
We are a dog friendly house with the following Pet Policy:
• Approval and non-refundable $150 pet fee per pet must be confirmed prior to your stay
• Pet not allowed on furniture or in pool
• Pet must be fully house trained
• Pet must be completely cleaned up after
• Pet must be leashed at all times when not in fenced area
• Pet must be crated indoors when not home with pet
• If barking becomes an issue during stay, alternative arrangements must be made.
• 2 pet per stay
• If it is determined that a pet was in the house without prior authorization an additional $250 cleaning fee will be charged and guest will be removed from the premise immediately.

DURING YOUR STAY:
• Renters must be at least 25 years old
• No parties or events allowed
• Max 8 adults

PARKING:
• No lawn parking allowed
• 4 cars maximum can park at this home. Please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group.

There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

RENTAL AGREEMENT:
A Rental Agreement must be signed before arrival.
