Less than a 5 min walk to the beach, Publix grocery store, and dining. Upon entry, you will find the spacious, open kitchen and living room. The kitchen has been fully renovated with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you could possibly need to make a quick snack or full-course dinner. The living room offers plenty of space to relax after a long day in the sun and is equipped with a queen-size pull out sofa and flat screen TV. Off the living room, you will find sliders that lead you out to your private balcony where you can relax and enjoy your coffee or an evening cocktail. Opposite the kitchen is the laundry room complete with full-size washer and dryer for use during your stay. Down the hall, you will find the oversized bedroom complete with king-size bed, dresser and flat screen TV. This unit is also equipped with Hi-speed WiFi and provides a beach cart and chairs for use during your stay.where you can enjoy the tranquility of listening to waves, watching dolphins, coastal birds and sunsets you'll remember for the rest of your life.

SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund. We also offer a range of supplemental services including pre-stock grocery shopping and babysitting. Need a pack and play or high chair, etc.? These are available for a small additional fee and will be waiting in the home on your arrival.



AMI offers a FREE trolley service every 20 minutes from 6 a.m. – 11 p.m. The trolley travels from the north end of Anna Maria Island to Coquina Beach.
